As an affiliate with SFI (Strong Future International) you will soon learn how important it is to keep in touch with the members of your team. Without proper communication with your teammates your success in SFI will be hindered.

The owners and Admin in SFI know how important communication between the sponsors and their teammates are. In knowing this SFI has given its affiliates several modes of communication that when combined together make a communication system that is second to none in the Internet Marketing business.

1. Our first communication with a new teammate is our welcome letter that we compose our self and it is automatically sent by SFI to the newly signed up teammates email address and their in-box in their affiliate center.

2. Next we can send our teammates free Ecards designed by SFI, covering 9 different categories such as; welcome, congratulations, tips, here to help, inactive, don’t go, birthdays and anniversaries.

3. We also have what is known as the “stream” where we can send short messages or recognition messages to our A2A friends, CSAs (Co-Sponsored Affiliates), our PSAs (Personally Sponsored Affiliates), or to a combination of CSAs and PSAs.

4. We have access to a live “chat” system where if one of our teammates is logged into their affiliate center we will see a yellow bubble by their name and if we click the little bubble then we can chat with our affiliate in real time.

5. When we log into our genealogy page we can send group mailings through a variety of filters allowing us several different choices concerning the teammates we are attempting to communicate with. The possible combinations of filters used are too numerous to mention here.

What I have listed above doesn’t count the fact that we can also communicate with our teammates through privet email, Skype, social networks and phone calls or other media.

As to which is the best? I cannot separate the effects of using all the possible communications made available to us – they all have equal importance and have their place in helping you to build a solid team.

I will say this however – the personal touch is always more effective than any automated system. So whenever you can, personalize your messages and contact individual affiliates when the need arises.

The best way to communicate with your downline is whatever works for you. There are numerous ways that SFI has built into the system. You could do the following.

1. Send an email to your affiliate when you want to communicate directly with just that affiliate. However, you can do that using the Communications Manager built into SFI.

2. Send eCards to your affiliates when you want to communicate with one and congratulate him/her on reaching a goal or perhaps to wish the affiliate a happy birthday or send some other message.

3. Use the messaging feature available on every page and also available in the Affiliate Snapshot and Movers and Genealogy. That is also good for individual affiliates.

4. Use the Genealogy Team Mail to send out messages to all your team or to whichever combinations of groups you would like.

5. Send messages in the Stream to all your affiliates.

6. Communicate through the Forum.

You could telephone affiliates in your area that you sponsor. I wouldn't do that in the case of affiliates in very long distances where cost is very high.

My own preference is to contact affiliates through the PSA Mailer, the CSA Mailer and the Communications Manager at the SFI Affiliate Center or the Stream. That way, if something goes wrong with the affiliate's email address, you can still contact him/her. That is why these tools are provided. This should be very helpful to you.

Your downline consists of PSAs and CSAs and can be of several generations depending on the size of your team. You can correspond with them in many ways and here are some popular examples:

1.To write information, which is essentially the same in content (for example a newsletter), take advantage of PSA mailer, CSA mailer or Genealogy. If you want to send information to a specific number or group of affiliates, then use the filters that come with Genealogy. It is a good idea to send team messages at least once a week.

2. To talk your downline as a team, online and on a periodical basis, you may want to arrange a webinair conference.

3. If the message you want to communicate is of a personal nature, such as a welcome, congratulatory message or a tip, then you can utilise:
E-mail
E-cards
SFI online chat
Phone where necessary
Social media such as Skype if available
The frequency at which you do this will depend on the necessity. For example it is a good idea to send message of congratulations using E-mail or E-card when any of your downline achieves a milestone or wins a prize. If the downline is online as it happens, you can even chat with him or her.

The best way to communicate with our downline is a matter of wisdom and understand, as well as appropriate timing.

I always keep in mind how the content of a message can have various effects in holding my reader's attention, and how sending an email or an e-card can change the way my message is received

The communication tools available within SFI are enough if they are used with the intent for which they were designed. They allow us to fully provide the appropriate mentoring that will benefit our affiliates.

We only need to effectively grab the attention of our team members and motivate them to take action with the view of growing their respective businesses.

This is a very important part of our team building efforts.Timely dissemination of accurate, relevant information and the alternation of the medium will help maintain the recipients' interest.

To meet these critical needs, SFI has made "Power Tools" available to sponsors. Within these "power tools", we find the Genealogy with all the filters it offers, the PSAs and the CSAs mailers, in addition to the stream posting accessible through a tab especially built within the daily "To-do-List".

Other tools are the Leadership page and the E-Cards that cover a wide range of topics. The E-Cards give us access to diversified content that helps us reach various goals.

Communication with your team on constant basis is the key to the success of your and your team members’ business.

There are many options available to you to communicate with your team members at SFI. They are:

1. Team Mails from your Genealogy or from Movers tab.
2. Email
3. ECards
4. SFI online Chat facility
5. Your initial communication can yield Skype Id of your team members.
6. PSA or CSA mailer
7. Stream Posts

With all the above tools at your perusal you need to select one to suit the content and purpose of your communication.

Genealogy allows you to filter your team members in many ways so as to select a certain group you want to communicate to. Once you do that you can send your content to the selected members through your team mail option. Some of the widely used links to filter your team members are:

Based on their general profile

1. Name or ID
2. Date joined
3. Last login
4. CSA assign date
5. Birthdays
6. Generation
7. Profile score

Based on their activity

1. Rank ( Class / Country / Power)
2. Versa Points ( yesterday / this month / last month / total )
3. First time rank achievers

From the movers tab you can contact the person through team mail on individual basis.
Team mails are good to use when your purpose is to impart training; make them aware of a particular facility or dissipate knowledge of a particular aspect of SFI to a group.

E Cards are another handy option that can be effectively used to:

1. Welcome
2. Congratulate on certain achievement
3. To provide a timely tip
4. To thank them
5. To wish them on their Birthday and Anniversary
6. To provide important tips at different stages of theirs’ at SFI or
7. To ask them, if they need any help.

They are available in various template forms for you to choose to have better impact of your content.

Stream posts can be used to inform about upcoming events or to share information related to achievements to entire team. You can also share training or article links that may help your team gain insight and knowledge of the subject matter and to excel in their growth.

Chat facility can be used when you and your team members are online at a same time of the day.

PSA or CSA mailer from your weekly task tab can select all your PSAs or CSAs at one time to send the communication content to them. You can also earn valuable 30 AVP for this action per week as in the case of Team mail to entire genealogy.

Last but not the least your personal mails and communicating on skype face to face can take your communication impact a long way. Skype can facilitate to address a group of members through its conference facility.

You as an awesome sponsor should select different ways to communicate depending upon the need and purpose. What matters most is the effectiveness of the method applied and relationship that you build with your team members?

The best and effective way to communicate with your down line according to me is one – to – one basis. As each of your down line affiliate is different with different aspirations; level of understanding; goals etc. it is of prime importance that you connect with them in personalized manner. This would facilitate you understanding their needs; motives and capacities better unless the matter to be shared has a common content to benefit all. Which in turn would help you devise right kind of strategies for them and provide relevant training and support to each individual? The best way, for me, to communicate with my downlines is the new Chat box. It is quick, easy, and very informal. You can put your new PSA at ease with the informality of the chat, like when you are talking with each other face to face

You can answer their questions as quickly as you can, which gives your new PSAs confidence that they are dealing with a knowledgeable and accessible sponsor.

You can give simple instructions on how to get started as easily and comfortably as possible.

Feedback is quick and spontaneous.

You can give quick advice on some issues that matter to your team, give them motivation with your personal way of praising people that lifts their morale.

Of course, there are other good ways of communicating with your team, which are equally important in fostering good and trusting relationship such as E-Cards for any occasion, SFIM, Team Mail, Stream Post, and via Weekly Group Mail to your team, PSAs, or CSAs as well as through the social media, by phone or Skype.

The choice is many, if used properly, whatever means you use will help you build a strong, happy, confident, and active and productive team!

There's an old saying, that will always remain brand new!
"Do unto others as they do unto you!"

With that said, Your a leader always lead! 1st you want to establish just that communication. How do you achieve that!
You reach out via your team letters, to your entire team, individually, Csa, Psa , Team mailer, Stream post, emails, e-cards, live chats.
Team leader page, profile picture, your achievements, your badges. team competitions.
Your option, gift them! For some it maybe upon joining, for others, it can be via rewarding them, for work well done or to encourage them too.
I personally gift my team, accordingly! Mostly in team contest, when they earn thier Ea or Ea2 Or Team Ranks or highest scores of the month!

Ok, your here to build your business successfully & you need your team on board to grown your business smoothly & profitably! You also need a minimum of 5 permanent Psa's, you need Prms too!
Your also awarded Csa's, every month. Now this can be the hardest & the longest part of building your business.
Why your got to be in love with the business & believe in your business 1st & foremost!
Once you develop your inner love, belief & driven passion for your business. Without a bit of doubt.

Then, you'll find communicating with your downline, very smooth & easy too!
That's really the easy part!

Always remind them, their born Winners never Looser!
Never forget, your dealing with adults & some have forgotten, the joys of reading & learning too!
Teach the modern joy of not just reading everything, but the new reading everything & having fun, clicking on everything!

As long as you teach them to believe & take charge too, you'll all get your break through too!
Last but least! Always lead them all, by good examples too.

We all know by now that "Communication is the key to success" There cannot be only one 'the best way'. The best way would be the one by which you had been a success in communicating with your PSA or CSA.

Let's explore the various options:

1. BY SENDING AN E-CARD

E-cards are good way of communication as they attract the attention of the viewer by means of a good picture, photo or a logo.

2. USING PM METHOD

Sending PM (Personal Messages) from the Mover Page or Genealogy page is a great way to communicate as you both can see each others photo images.

3. BY USING E-MAIL IDs

In my opinion, the email is better way of communication as long as the email does not bounce back. Other than Gmail most of the mailing system take the messages of SFI into their SPAM folder, so one need to be careful using this method.

4. TELEPHONIC CONVERSATION

It is the best method to communicate as you can talk to PSAs and CSAs and doubts/questions etc. can be clarified immediately on the spot.

The best way to communicate with your downline should include the following important principles:

- Understanding the impact of how and what you communicate to your downline

Great Sponsors foster high levels of communication. When your downline understand clearly the different ways you communicate to them, so that you can get them in the same page as you conduct your training and support, you and your downline win; this would have a substantial impact in the development and growth of your whole SFI organization.

- Realizing how your message is coming across to your downline

How do you know that you’re effectively managing your communications with your downline? Do you know what it’s like to be in the shoes of your downline? Or perhaps you've even delivered communications yourself and realized, in retrospect, that you really hadn't got the measure of your downline and their needs.

Whether you need to communicate your weekly messages or to send them the latest updates on your marketing strategy, etc., the best communications start with some good planning.

The first step is to put yourself in the shoes of your downline. What do they need to know, and want to hear? What's their preferred way of receiving information? What will stop them listening to what you have to say? And how will you know that they have got the message?

Think of Marketing Your Message:

Good communications is very much like good marketing. You have a message that you need to convey to your downline.
