1. In the context of human relationship, it’s just natural that some one feels happy when rewarded for his efforts. Therefore appreciation & suitable rewards are the stepping stones for a successful team work in running SFI Business.
2. An “awesome sponsor” always conveys his appreciation to his down line, which are active and committed to their SFI business. There are different ways of appreciation & rewards.
i) Sending them a congratulatory E-mail.
ii) Mail a E-card appreciating their achievements in SFI & thanking them when they attain certain ranks;everyone loves to receive thanks for their efforts.
iii) Gift them with e-books about marketing etc, which are freely available on line.This will motivate them further.
iv) Allot r them shares in one of your co-ops;, this is proved to be an extremely effective method of not only thanking them for their hard work, but it also encourages them to do better.Harder they work, more benefits both of you will reap!
v) Create contests for your down line by announcing the same on your Leadership Page
Everyone loves a challenge and if you offer some kind of reward for increased effort, then this will also increase your down-lines output.
vi) Encouraging words in your individual mails/chats on line; a few examples are:-
“You are awesome”
"It is people like you that encourage others not to give up."
"I can see you have determination"
"So proud to have you in my Team."
“Hats off to your persistence & patience”.
vii) Recognition of up-gradation of their ranks, wins in EZ contests etc in the daily Streams along with congratulations viz. sharing their achievements on Stream Post
viii)Recognition by including their names in your leadership blog page.
To summarize, these are few of the methods we can employ for showing our gratitude & appreciation to our hardworking movers!

Showing appreciation for work already done can be effective motivators. Start by developing a good relationship with all active PSA's, especillay the most active ones

-Use the stream to congratulate and recognize their accomplishments.
-Send them an eCard on special occasions, like when they have become winners.
-Keep the lines of communication open and respond to their questions in good time.

Financial
Invite them to share in a co-op, in which you split the cost with them.

Set up a Co-op and include them for a small number of PSA's, at no cost to them.

If you can afford it, reassign an active PSA to your hard working ones who are demonstrating good leadership.

Other rewards can be in the form of gifts:
-Gift certificates
-Business eBooks

Got a blog or website, place a link of their choice on it, this will get them some traffic to their gateway or product.

To a large extent if we are not careful, we sometimes risk treating affiliates as numbers or statistics in our business. It is extremely important we remember the importance of the human touch when dealing with fellow affiliates and especially active affiliates.

Daily check your MOVERS tab for the most active of affiliates.
You can also check their ledger to see which points they still need.
You can reward or recognize them by:
- a quick message or quick tip on chat or email to commend their good work or to show them how they can progress further.

- For affiliates who have reached crucial status such as EA, BTL, STL, GTL etc. you can send an e-card/email and/or
- a congratulations on the STREAM tab which is great as your other downlines can see this too.
- a recognition can also be posted on your Leadership Page of affiliates who have made remarkable progress and achievements.

We can also reward them with TCredits especially with new affiliates who just joined or have reached EA.

Gift certificates are a great and motivating idea to show your appreciation of active affiliates and their efforts.

If you know your affiliate well enough, a more specific product from TripleClicks can be used as your gift. For example, earrings for an affiliate who enjoys jewelery and fashion.

Finally, we should just ensure that our most active affiliates know we as team leaders are always around and available to give support just by remaining in contact constantly.

The best ways of appreciating the efforts of the most active affiliates is

You can start s co-op and encourage them to join whereby they can only pay half the prize and the other half you pay yourself.

Rewards are important incentives in any organization. The kind of incentives will be determined by the kind of work and where rewards abound, productivity increases.

Having said all this, I must say here at SFI, some reward mechanisms exist. Some of these are:
1. Use of gift certificate.

2. Reassignment of PSA's to movers within your team.

3. Mentioning them in the stream, ask sc, movers, A2A, or where ever applicable.

4. Sending them congratulatory messages to let them know their efforts are appreciated.

5. Rewarding them with a share of the co-op.
Etc.

The truth is that there are so many ways to reward movers that encourages them to do even more. As their sponsor, it is your duty to explore these options and use them effectively.

Depending on how much active Your most active affiliates are I would suggest a reward of some sort would be appropriate. If Your affiliate is demonstrating consistent rank month to month you will need to assess what value is being demonstrated, and determine what would be the best method
of reward. The reward should be thought of as an investment in Your active affiliate's business, not just a few dollars. So for instance You could arrange a contest that they could easily win, that would not only give them a prize but also a sense of achievement.
On another view of this reward idea You might award affiliates Who demonstrate really active activity a few PSA sign ups to hopefully build their business.

Hello, your question is a good one.

A lot of affiliates think that our PSAs should not be "spoon fed".

I have taken this into consideration in my time here with SFI and I have come up with this plan:

1) When I have a new affiliate, I will reassign 5 PSAs to their team when they reach their first 1500VP....I try to give the affiliate PSAs from their own country.

2) When above mentioned affiliate then reaches their first team leader position, I will then buy 10 PSAs for that affiliate.

I have found that by doing this more so then giving tcredits or gift certificates it helps to grow their team, which is what we all strive for here at SFI. It also gives new affiliates some incentive to come to work each day, because they now have a small team to be responsible for. I found that by doing this, I have so far retained more PSAs myself who now come to work every day and who also work very hard to maintain EA/team leader status each month.

Hi, there are several ways to show appreciation for the efforts made by your active affiliate.
It just depends on your budget.
The simplest way of appreciation is by thanking them via e mail, e cards, steam post or even in chat.
Now if you have a budget you can reward them by T Credits, gift Vouchers.
If you have tons of PSA you can re assign PSA to them as a reward too.
And if you have a budget you can buy them items in TC and have it shipped to their address. You earn VP by buying items in TC and you have rewarded your active member.

If you appreciate all the work your affiliates are doing then the best way to keep them working is with rewards for their efforts.

You can give them VP, gift cards and also put them in your CO-op and feed them with new leads.
If you are advertising successfully then they could be getting some good leads through you. If the affiliates you are rewarding do happen to become inactive then they will pass back to you in time.
