1.language-When they can get a person of their own native language,these affiliates will be free to ask any question that they might have and their Co sponsor can help them.
2.It easier to work with a person you can understand his/her language than the person you don't. We dind that language and cultural barriesrs are removed.These people will be free to each other.Like for me,my com sponsor is from my country,he has been of much near help to me than even my sponsor.Anytime I a problem I contact him.We are now very good friends.
2.When these CSAs are moved to their countries it will even be easier or possible for their cosponsor to organise come together seminars for them.And when they come to these seminars they can exchange idears.

First a sponsor is a mentor. I should rely on a sponsor to mentor me.This is duplication.As a new affiliate there is a lot to learn from my sponsor.
The sponsor provides professional advice.He is there to tell me what o should be doing to succede on my business.
He/ she directs me on what to do.For example how o should earn VPs,When to purchase Fast Track tool, good marketing strategies and so on.So when you get a good sponsor you will move very fast in building your business. But if you get an inexperienced sponsor you have a hard time.
You also need to have one on one relatioship with your sponsor.When you have close contacts with your sponsor you will be able to discuss marketing methods with him/her.
One needs his/her sponsor to work out his/het earnig goals .So a sponsor can make you succede or make you fail.He is your instractor.And he is the first person on your upperline that you should consult.

Besides that you need to be looking ways of building an active team.This means you have to recruite PSAs snd PMs .
You also have to make sure that uou do follow up to your members by sending them some training materials.You also need to send them weekly emails.
You also need yo read the weekly newsletters.Because these letters contain some new SFI/TC developments.Ot is important you read them.
You need to spend time to work with your workers.You need to take time to communicate with your most active affiliates.You can open communication chamnels through the social media like face or google whre you can communicate with yoir affiliates live.Through this they can tell you their challenges and you can try to help them as their leader.
You can also review the SFI resource material like the training matrials,marketing methods,marketing aids,power tools,your geneology,review all these things regularly and be familiar with them.
You can also post ads on social media sites.These can either be sign up ads, or referal ads.

To me both PRMs and ECAs are good.If you are able to recruite,go ahead and recruite many of them.Because both of these two create a stream of income for you.
If you have a good number of PRMs,then your income is likely to sky rock.Because anytime a PRM buys anything from tripleclicks ,you earn all the direct commissionfrom that product.Together with the direct commission,you also earn all the VPs on that product.These VPs are very important to any affilliate;because:
1.they determine your pay perks
2 .They determine your rank.The more VPs you get the faster your rank will go.You will also qualify with ease as an EA each month.
With ECAs if you have them it is good,because you will be able to earn 15%direct commission from all sales from your ECAs.
So the more streams of earnings you will have,the more your income will be.It is good and advisable to have both of them.
Also the more ECAs we have ,the better for SFI/tripleclicks.More ECAs means more products for tripleclicks.More products means more sales and more sales means more money.
