Lastly, You and your personal leadership page must contain a good barrage of badge that can attract and duplicate you with all your PSA/CSA.

To lead by example is the greatest virtue that can have a human being. This means that the words are not moving a group of people but concrete actions that translate into results. One of the great advantages we have in SFI is the record of all our activities in real-time so our downline can monitor them every day. Thus we are consistent in relation to what we say and what we do, generating in our team credibility, trust, solidarity, motivation and perseverance. The consequence of all this is a perfect duplication, building thus a solid base sustainable in time for a group of people who fight for a better quality of life. Our downline can follow these actions through the Leadership page, so it is very important to reflect it in the emails we send weekly.

Some may say, he's privileged or a senior affiliate. Yet others will doubtless say if he did it, I can do it too! That's leading by example. You inspire others to reach higher milestones by achieving this yourself. Be accessible and available. Aloofness doesn't help anyone's case in network marketing sales. So if you are not a people person you are definitely in the wrong line of work.

Love your question. In my opinion do all the things you want your team to duplicate. Guide your PSAs and CSAs to your leadership page. They will see all the badges you have earned, your leaderboard positions will be on view. Your team members will see what is needed to succeed. They will read your Best Tip and hopefully be motivated by the inspirational quotes on your blog. Let them know when you win something. Tell them how excited you are when you achieve a personal best. Hopefully your excitement and commitment will be infectious and your team will follow you.

When you tell your CSA/PSA to make EA every month,you also should do what you want them to do.

This is the way I see it. SFI Affiliates and Children have something in Common; they are both Skeptical by nature so that means you have to give them a visual demonstration of all the necessary things to do here on SFI in order for them to see the positive results that you are getting.
Let me give you an example: When I used to have cable TV I used to watch a Cartoon series on Demand on a regular basis such as the Simpsons or Bob's Burgers. So in this example I will give you based on an episode of Bob's Burgers. The Oldest daughter Tina wanted to shave her legs but at that moment in time her mother was not able to do it for her so Her Father Bob took her and her brother gene to a Salon to get waxing so the cosmetologist told Bob and Tina how the Waxing procedure works but she also said that it was going to hurt allot!
So Tina ( 13 year old girl) was afraid and she asked her father to get his legs waxed also to show her that everything will be ok. She begged him to do this for her just like he did when she was a little girl going to the dentist for the first time to show her that it will be ok.
So my point is to give you this illustration so that you can have an idea about how apprehensive and skeptical your affiliates feel when starting an online business for the first time so they want the same kind of moral support that a parent gives to a child when they do something for the first time.
So every affiliate that signs up for SFI is something new for them so they feel frightened so your role as a Sponsor is to simply log in everyday to accumulate Sales Points and action Points from the to do list and then you write weekly newsletters to educate them. So just like Bob allowed himself to get his hairy legs waxed alongside his daughter Tina and both screaming in pain at the same time so that is exactly what you must do to show them that it is ok!
