Just doing the To-Do List wouldn't be enough to really succeed in SFI, but logging in everyday is a must if you're serious in establishing a solid foundation of your SFI business that you can build upon.

Besides performing the To-Do List, I consider the following tasks important components of building a successful SFI business:

- Keeping up-to-date with the latest innovation through SFI news. Entrepreneurs need to stand out among the crowd in order to succeed in today's highly competitive network marketing industry.

- Interacting with SFI community through SFI Forum, learning from others who are more experienced and also contributing tips that have really worked to share with others in SFI community.

- Promoting SFI and TripleClicks using traditional and digital marketing methods which include social media. It's important to allocate time to provide fresh and interesting contents to keep my blog SEO optimized.

- Providing training and support consistently to my downline, including weekly support messages and one-on-one support to affiliates who require more time in their development and growth with their journey in SFI.

- Actively participating in Ask SC sharing the knowledge gained and experienced so that others can also be enlightened and become successful.

- Actively participating in Pricebender auctions and EZ games earning cool badges which can be used to attract prospects and inspire/motivate downline to follow your lead to become active, too.

- Promote my own Ad co-op and maintain shares of S-Builder co-op to ensure the constant flow of new affiliates in my SFI organization. You need to expand your network and develop teams of EA2 and Team Leaders in order to achieve your long term goal and succeed.

These are summary of tasks that are vital to your success in SFI. You need to be leading an example to your downline and encourage them to do the same above actions to ensure the growth of your network, establish a solid foundation and succeed in SFI.

Here is what I do each month to succeed in SFI, using my To-Do List as a starting point.

1. I have a Standing Order.

2. I have several co-ops, including S-Builder, and I place affiliates in them, where possible. These affiliates must have become EAs or Team Leaders to qualify.

3. I gain and purchase as many TCredits as possible.

4. I bid at the auctions and gain the 500 VP maximum.

5. I play as many games as possible and gain the 200 VP.

6. I use MRP to purchase more TCredits so new affiliates can benefit from them or the $1 incentive for joining SFI.

7. I participate in the Forum.

8. I participate in Ask SC.

9. I distribute Gift Cards to people everywhere and gain my 300 VP.

10. I read all the news at SFI.

11. I keep in touch with my affiliates, whether they are active or inactive.

12. I tell others about my business and encourage them to join.

13. At conventions I share this business opportunity and the TripleClicks site with others.

14. My e365 placque and my Fast Track Pin are on display.

These are many of the things I do to make my business successful.

One other thing I do is to regularly submit suggestions to make this business even better. Submitting my ratings each month and keeping my leadership Page updated are also important.

Your work would vary as per the stage you are on. Let us see the different stages for that matter first.

You can divide them as:

1. Beginner
2. EA2
3. Team Leader

As a beginner you would get two months from your start date to focus on the following (some with an intermediate finish date) and become EA2:

- Become a Fast Track
- Always remain above Green line in E365 contest
- Collection of 1500 VP to become EA.
- How to build a team?
- How to set up your Leadership Page in an effective manner?
- How to make use of marketing material to promote your business?
- Understand and support the role of Tripleclicks in your business growth.
- How to make use of all communication centers present in SFI.
- How to approach in PB auctions to be successful?

As you advance to the position of EA2 you have to think bigger and act towards your growth. For this you concentration should be on:

- Actively start participating in various options to build your team
- Set your time lined goals.
- Set your budget realistically to achieve your goals.
- Set up a standing order of 1500 VP to be sure of EA2 each month and ensure attached benefits be yours month on month. Put your effort to take you to TL position.
- Build a robust profile page for yourself.
- Be active at EZ Games, PB auctions and win them not only to feature badges on your profile page but also to benefit out of them directly.
- As you are building your team, communication with your team would grow in importance. Be aware of and use all possible ways to communicate and share important information with your team members.
- Understand things better so as to put them in right perspective for your team members and train them to duplicate the process.

Doing this would take you to next level of a bronze Team Leader. Here you have to do all that an awesome team leader is required to do apart from what you did at EA2 level:

- Keep building your team
- Focus on team members’ training.
- Float monthly contests for your team and incorporate reward system for your team.
- Start a co-op for your active team members
- Be a pro at EZ Games and PB auctions yourself
- Make use of reassignment tool
- Use various marketing tools to give a thrust to growth.

Nice question to ponder upon. Everyone does not do the same thing otherwise all affiliate would be DIAMONDS.

As far as I am concerned, after I finish my To-Do List,
I do the following:

1. Advertise my SFI & TC gateways on Traffic Exchanges.

2. Send few SFI Ads, (text, solo and HTML) on Safe Lists,

3. Use Facebook, twitter, Linkedin etc. to post my TC Products/gateways.

4. I use the 'share & win' links of other ECAs on Facebook.

5. I answer questions asked on ASK_SC section,

6. I visit the ALERT tab and read the latest NEWS

7. I read few threads of the FORUM and learn about SFI/TC difficulties faced by the members and answers provided by Forum Gurus, Moderators or Gery Sir.

8. I check up my email to see if any of my down line has any problem. Then I try to guide, support or help him/her.

9. I post few banners of SFI/TC/Eger Zebra games on my blogs and Website.

10. No wonder, the result is I am GTL. However I need to maintain my Standing Orders.

Good day Rosman, To succeed in SFI asides the Daily, Weekly and Monthly tasks we need to do certain actions to build a solid business. With that, if we just do our daily, weekly and monthly actions, we will only be an affiliate and do not get any benefits.

From my experience, what i do is to explore the countless and numerous opportunities that SFI has to offer to build a solid team.

In ensuing that, I:-
1. Ensure I do my Daily, Weekly and Monthly tasks as little drops make mighty ocean. It will help in building our ranks.
2. Having a Standing Order of 1500 versa points plus a bonus of 100 versa points.
3. Recruiting affiliates either by word of mouth, advertising through paid and free sites or via sharing it posts on facebook, twitter as well as pincreast
4. Bidding at the auctions (minimum of 500 vp monthly).
5. Play Eager Zebra Games (minimum of 200 vp monthly).
6. List unwanted items in the home (minimum of 50 vp monthly).
7. Encourage my downlines to have a standing order, advertise their affiliates link, assign PSAs to them as well as send them list of sites to advertise theor link.
8. Encourage them to become EAs and above to help you acheive your goal and attain matching versa point.
9. With your wealth of knowledge and experience,you can give answers to questions that would be of help to affiliates globally.
10. Read SFI news, important information and updates to disseminate information with your team members.
11. Organise team contest to motivate affiliates in your team to make them successful.
12. Go to forums, share and get ideas to send to your team memebers.
13. Get your active affiliates to duplicate your actions.

If the above actions are applied to your team, the sky indeed would be the limit for you.

After finishing my daily To Do list I devote my time on tasks that can help me build my team of EA2s and TLs.

First I need to increase the number of PSAs in my team. Since I am not good in advertising, I leave that part of the business with the expert. I place a Standing Order of SBuilder and PSAs to Go. This I way I can ensure that new PSAs will flow into my downline and new PRMs into my TripleClick store every month. This way I can also maintain my wave 3 membership.

Next, I allot enough time to increase my knowledge base about SFI and TripleClicks. I review the LaunchPad, read everything in my homepage, read the Forum discussion, read the Ask SC questions and answers, study internet income course, etc. This way, I will be more equip with SFI knowledge when I give advice to my team members.

Lastly, I teach and encourage my teammates to duplicate what I do to earn BIG INCOME. By providing support to my 5 active affiliates and encouraging them to "DUPLICATE" what I am doing. It is very important that I show my affiliates what should be done by doing it first yourself. So, I lead by example. They can see in my badges that I have a Standing Order; I am a Fast Track member; I am a wave 3 member; I am a Team Leader; I participate in the Pricebenders Penny Auction and Eager Zebra games, etc.

Remember: You cannot cannot ask your PSAs to do what you yourself is not willing to do. Sponsor - Teach - Duplicate is the strategy that you need to implement successfully, if you want to reap SFI success!

Actioning the Daily to do list in my opinion is like a swimmer treading water - it keeps you afloat. It doesn't get you anywhere. If you don't strike out and swim you will stay put and you will eventually run out of energy and sink.

To really succeed in SFI you've got to do more than just simply doing the to-do-lists.

Our two core roles as SFI Affiliates are selling TripleClicks products and services, and also recruiting SFI affiliates. If we all focus on these, I am certain that SFI will be even more successful. Sure we do talk about residual income, duplication, sponsoring etc... but these are all in aid of our core roles.

To answer your question, these are the main things I do in addition to the to-do-lists:

1. On going Self Training. I am a firm believer in training & learning about our roles, what they entail and how to go about carrying them out. I therefore always allocate training time in my weekly SF schedule. I set out my training schedule (monthly) and I include in there such things as SFI Basics (refresh), the Launchpads (refresh) SFI texts, using SFI tools, Internet Course, marketing & advertising, sponsoring etc... I need to know what I am doing and what I am talking about to my team.

Self development as a person, mentor and leader are also important and I try to do some reading about leaders, motivational skills, inspirational stories and methods etc..

2. Advertising. I post ads to recruit affiliates and also promoting TripleClicks products, auctions, games. I think it is very important that I do this every day if possible. Without people signing up as PSAs, ECAs or TC members, I would be just 'treading water' and not growing my business at all.

3. Sponsoring. An awesome sponsor should be able to train and motivate his/her people to succeed in SFI - to refer PRMs and sign up PSAs.
With PRMs, other than sending them a gift certificate, all the other contacts and promotions to them are done by TripleClicks.

That leaves us free to focus on the PSAs and CSAs, sponsoring them:

Daily ensure new PSAs and CSAs are contacted and welcomed.
Check and reply to all messages from my team members
Send out congratulatory messages to those reaching milestones & acknowledging achievements
Check movers list, genealogy reports, VP Ledger and send out encouraging and tips notes where relevant.
Send out newsletters, streams, training notes to team members
Run incentive contests for all my team members.
Update team online training material at team website/FaceBook group etc..


4. Research. This goes hand in hand with items 2 & 3 above especially advertising: etc..
What are the market trends regarding what people are buying online
Who are buying items online - (It appears that British women spend the most online than any other - men or women.) What do they spend their money on?
Business programs that can help me build my business.

There are of course many other things to do but what I have set out above are the main activities which I think one must do in order to really succeed in SFI.

I have 3 things that I do outside of SFI that is focused for SFI.

1) I have an SFI training website which I created specially for my team. On this website I post step by step instructions as well as guides on what to do in SFI. I include explanations on transfer buying, the daily tasks, stuff on advertising and other related materials.

2) I also set up a newsletter using my autoresponder. Again my newsletter contains stuff on SFI much like my website contains but the approach is more for non affiliates. My objective is to get these non affiliates to be familiar with SFI and hence once they join they will already know what to do.

3) I also created a splash page for Gift Card distribution. Something like "I will give you a $12 gift card if you will try out this online shopping mall". Note that this one is specifically targetting those shoppers out there rather than people looking to make money.

Obviously for the above 3 things to provide returns for me, I advertise these 3 sites daily. Advertising is the most important thing you can do to succeed in your business. And if you can't afford paid advertising yet, there are many free advertising places you can use.

Besides the very important task of getting VP via To Do List daily, to really succeed in SFI, I use the main principles behind SFI in its BASICS tab to guide my daily and weekly activities:

To speed up the process of getting VP and to gain higher status, I also look at my scoreboard to see what I can buy from TripleClicks to make EA, BTL, STL or GTL in a month. For example, to purchase SO 50 PSAs to go or get S builder, etc.

Sponsoring and duplication - I write and send weekly team mails. When I receive new PSAs, I send a welcome e-card and a welcome email listing priority tasks. To look after my team members, I check the MOVERS tab everyday to see how my PSAs and CSAs are doing and touch base with them via chat, email or e-card depending on their needs.

I also use the time to research and plan for places, websites and people who I can advertise and refer to TripleClicks. For example, I look at my family and friends to see their interests and needs and refer them to specific products. I also look at my nearby environment to see where I can post advertisements eg. malls, social clubs, neighbourhood etc. For example, in a week, I might have a goal to refer 10 people to specific products on TripleClicks via personal recommendation or through gift cards.

For supplemental or extra future income - I think about my environment and country and existing businesses (ECA) that I can refer to SFI. I would give myself a goal of 10 local ECAs I know to target per month.

As you can see there are lots of ways besides the daily To Do list to advance your potential in SFI. However, your own analysis of your environment, country, culture and personal goals is important to helping you decide what you should do besides the daily To Do List.
