Hello!

The both methods are great, but not everyone can do the both of them. Why? Because some people are shy others are more aggressive and so on. Personally I use online recruiting. Now I explain in my opinion and experience about the two methods.
1. Offline - I have made some presentations this way to my close people and I failed them all. A lot of people broke the relationships with me. But the human interaction was really qualitative. Before I make them a presentation of the

There's a significant trade-off between online and offline recruiting: online reaches more traffic at the expense of being impersonal, while offline, you can tailor your response to individual needs and interests, but you're reaching far fewer people. I find that I enjoy offline recruiting more because I maintain more connections and build more friendships that way, but I still allow some time each month for online recruiting as well. I don't know that one is necessarily better than the other

This is an important question Eleh, because it really is not one or the other, it is about both and how you can best use your talents in building your business.
Building your business in your community is great, ECA's can be part of that, people you know friends or family this gives you people to work with, no language barriers etc.
Online requires Marketing, free or paid, communication is vital, you must have reliable internet connection and email. You need to have an S builder or be prepared

online recruiting is best as I think from our computer, smartphone we can advertise anywhere anytime online but offline marketing need to contact all affiliates and make them understand about this SFI project. Offline marketing needs more time to connect with the affiliates and online can find easily someone and send them the gateway and just one click everyone can read and understand about SFI and Tripleclicks. So I prefer online marketing.

I think online and offline recruiting are important equally. Online sponsoring is a skill that must be learned and developed and so is offline.

I find that what I spend most of my time on I get the most success , therefore I utilize our SFI marketing methods [ https://www.sfimg.com/Resources/MarketingCenter?form=MarketingMethods ] to help me develop a strong business of the future with online and offline presence.

The recruiting has to start offline. The start of your business should be with friends, family, co-workers and those you do business with e.i your barber. Tell them about a TC product you buy and like. If you have not purchased a product do so. Get one that you already purchase elsewhere like a Cleaner or Diet Supplement.

Good way to start would be with Facebook to your friends, that would start the online part. Create a Facebook page, tie it to Tweeter etc.

With some

The simple answer to this question is it depends. Both can be very valuable and you should choose which way to focus your efforts based in what you feel comfortable doing. If you are a good people person and enjoy starting conversations, building your business off line should bet your focus. If you are a technical person, online might be your focus. Either way, know your strengths and use them to build the best business that you can.

Which way is best? On-line reaches a wider group of people faster
as most people who do on-line businesses are cell phone and computer
happy.

Off line? Best to have biz cards to hand out to those that are interested.
You can tell who is interested and who is not.

Best to be prepared.Have cards in your car,wallet/purse and stored at home.

Both ways of recruiting is good. The more you get the better it is. It all depends on individuals on where they can get recruits. Where and how we get recruits is not important. The most important thing is motivation, and keeping them interested so that when they enrol they understand about the program and stay active.

When you recruit someone to become an affiliate, SFI specified they are not in your team so both sides is a good idea but you need to be careful:

I think when you have already your personal downline with CSAs and PSAs, you have already a big work to do every day to follow their progressions so it's not really a good idea for me to follow daily more peoples because they can ask you so much things and this is the job of their sponsors or co-sponsor with the big help of the SFI staff and
