I started using a product Advanced Liquid Nutrition –Item No: 5169
without going into details I suggest you just try it. I found that is does what it is advertised to do and I do feel healthier and have more energy. Now you have a product to tell others about, they can be healthy and make some money also.

How do you get people involved and active when they live in countries where most are not yet comfortable with online purchases and payments?

It is necessary to establish trust of online sellers. May need to refer to eBay, Amway even international sellers like Amway. People buy on line to save money, for convenience and to find hard to find items locally.
Show them that 4,250,551 Members in 203 Countries Trust SFI and has with 86,120 Products at good pricing.
Payment wise have them look at Paypal where they only have to give the seller their email address
plus the BBB and TripleClicks Refund policy.
Have them make one little purchase and see it is quick, easy and safe.

Making your personal blog standout is very important. The name of the blog needs to reflect content and purpose.
Asking what if questions can be a lead in to comment.
For example: Is working from home something you would like to do?
If so we can provide the know how, the tools and training.There are many What if's that can be used.Ask for comment on your blog and to follow your blog. Always leave how to contact you.
Wordpress and Google Plus both excellent place to blog. Both have rules you have to follow but are Free to get started and OH yes upgrades available.
Using social media like Facebook and sure use twitter.
To be a successful blogger takes some training but as we know you have to learn to earn.

How do you make SFI not be overwhelming for yourself and team members?

Trying to do all that there is to offer is almost impossible. Do realistic goals and pick the one or two areas that you want to market and promote. Promoting the sale of items to friends and family is the best way to start. It is like selling out of your own store but mush easier way to get started. The reaction you get from freinds will guide your next step in your business.

The recruiting has to start offline. The start of your business should be with friends, family, co-workers and those you do business with e.i your barber. Tell them about a TC product you buy and like. If you have not purchased a product do so. Get one that you already purchase elsewhere like a Cleaner or Diet Supplement.
Good way to start would be with Facebook to your friends, that would start the online part. Create a Facebook page, tie it to Tweeter etc.
With some PSA's help your online presence will grow.

How do you motivate lazy and unmotivated affiliates?

Not sure any of the People that signed up for SFI are lazy they did make the effort. The motivation part is up to the Sponsor, some do it by telling them how much money they have made, some by telling them about a product they use and how much they like it and how easy it is to sell to others.
Boils down to do as I do not as I say. Show them how do not tell them how. You motive by doing.
