Let us be realistic and analyse this question deeper. As much as I am able to communicate effectively on the internet and look for information and talk to people about my online business, I am not yet proficient. There are still areas that I am not very competent at in online recruiting and I would therefore concentrate on offline recruiting because this is what I know and I am good at (contrary to what others believe).

I agree that I may be slow when it comes to the numbers I recruit

Both recruiting approaches - online and off-line are beneficial.

Remember each has it's benefits so it is better to consider what is your purpose for recruitment.

If you're focused on networking and connecting to local businesses, then it would be best to perform off line recruitment.

If you're simply looking to have exposure and build an e-mail list for people to receive updates about products or to receive feeds from your updates on a blog site or even use of social

It is not so important where you recruit as is how you recruit.

With both offline and online, it is important to let people know before they sign-up that there is work, cost and daily effort required. That means this is not a get rich quick plan. This is a real business and MUST be treated as such.

Simply blindly signing up as many affiliates as you can will not bring in an active downline. If people know up front what they are dealing with, they can be more likely to succeed.

Hello.

There isn't best way. Both are equally good and should be used all the time.

If You know a lot of people in person from your city, town or country that you see all the time, You could easier explain the SFI business and how it works.

Online recruiting (advertising, sharing, posting, commenting on social medias) has more people who will see, but if we look in percents, less than offline recruiting would be interested because they didn't have first hand experience.

Both offline and online recruitment are good
For me it depend on where you met the person you want to recruit, before recruiting the person, he or she need to know what SFI is really about during that period you engage the person on conversation on what he or she is getting into.

I still look at it that the offline recruitment is better to tell and teach the person what is been done and how it is been done on a daily base, daily task, marketting skill, bidding, etc.

"Better" is a relative term and the answer depends completely on the questioner because if he/she is forward, outgoing, and comfortable speaking to strangers, the answer may be "offline" recruiting.

This style of recruiting will probably be more effective for this type of person because it has the advantage of face-to-face and skin-to- skin contact. That is, you (& your prospect) can look each other in the eye and shake hands which immediately instills a slight

To know which is the best is to know which one you are most effective in.
What do i mean?
Offline recruiting is multifaceted. It does not go with warm marketing alone or face to face marketing. You can also recruit via magazines, newspapers, flyers, X cards, radio and Tv etc however, they are limited and can't cover wide because it can only cover a national or local region or radii but with the online marketing you cover a wider range and populace but require skill.

Are you better face to face, screen to screen or both. Test the waters. See what works best for your.

Promoting or Marketing as they call it now days is a trail and error situation. Experiment with various techniques. There are over thousands of them. Some free, some moderately priced, some quite expensive.

Cost can be a common factor in both. Where as offline you can post up flyers, insert flyers in newspapers, book in the library, on car windshields, newspaper ads,

I think that each individual must play to their own strengths. Some of us are skilled at marketing on the internet and others are very good at talking to people face to face about SFI and encouraging them to join us.

To me, you must develop your own mix of the two - but make your recruitment methods stand out from the crowd. Placing online adverts and handing out flyers in person are two obvious ways to recruit, but what about using both online and offline opportunities in more creative

Offline and online recruiting are like a 'Play' and a 'Movie'. A Play directly interacts with the viewers (limited number of interested people) and the results are instant. In case of a movie, they have viewers from far and wide, in huge numbers but you cannot see or measure the response of the viewers immediately.

A play's effect has a limited time span, that's you get the response only when the drama or the play is live. But in case of the movie, they release on different part of the
