With help of technology, smartphones can do everything you want in the sfi, since it is possible for smartphones, this day smartphones can easily be used connected to the internet network system. Login using your phone and access the sfi page very easy.
This means you can simply access you daily tasks from anywhere with smartphones, instead of carrying a big laptop around.
Should I or shouldn't I try to recruit people to become SFI affiliates when they are not English speakers/readers?

The main form of communication is by mail and other short messages, that means you can send and communicate to any person or tribe regards of the language barrier by using language means of translating your words from one language and another.
It is easy just download language translator from the internet, if you dont know the processes in SFI pages system.
Should a person go for the rank of Team Leader if they don't yet have a team?

It is best for you to go for Team leadership because a lot of gains is attached to it:
1. Co-sponsoed are added to you
2. A specific commission is allocated to you as leader
3. You are also able to have leadership conversations
4. As a owner of a busines you need to become a leader.
5. Achieving leadership position makes you work harder.

It will be nice to know that the products can be collected from every country's since store are located in almost every country and the can be located through the address and the names as well.
As well you tell the person that you make the order for trial for him or her, then you can collect your money

It is noticed that the ECAs (E-COMMERCE ASSOCIATES)which is generated from a single body (SFI) and a constant prize cost to items that runs over every country world wide with reference to rule and regulation guiding the each area of business which govern every country all over the world.

This SFI business does not take you away from your seat and you do less work as an advance person going round, So senior citizen will be made to understand that one day they are going to retire.
A business like this is less stressful to start and even more better profit making when you are active in the office.
You have more people to chat with if you feel you need to meet somebody anywhere in the world, you can be friend with great men and women with just a click.

You are the best author of your business, so letting people know that playing Eager games is to let them see, what benefit you have made as a result.
The eager Zebra games also give you more points and opportunity to advertise your, because whenever you win you have the opportunity letting a lot of people knowing you and this could as well give you more affiliate, who will be interested through this mean want to join sfi.

Both offline and online recruitment are good
For me it depend on where you met the person you want to recruit, before recruiting the person, he or she need to know what SFI is really about during that period you engage the person on conversation on what he or she is getting into.
I still look at it that the offline recruitment is better to tell and teach the person what is been done and how it is been done on a daily base, daily task, marketting skill, bidding, etc.
The offline to me is preferable because of the fact that a lot of people join SFI online believe on different thing and making money in the different scope but see the whole thing as time wasting, and then leave without signing for a long time.
This set of people make 98 percent of non-active persons in the SFI business and they are very difficult to remove from the SFI affiliate, because we always hope they will come back some day.
So I think is better to recruit offline, so when the affiliate starts he or she will be serious with the business rather than have a lot of affiliate under you and they are just they doing nothing.

What is the best way to help people that want to get involved with SFI who do not have time to put into it but have money to invest?

The SFI is a very organised business units, it is made so easy that if you wish to invest.
You can as well simply refer companies that sell products to your ECA, or you can companies that you have enough finance to buy thier product and advertise it worldwide, which means you can be invovled in business in our country and sale their product through linking the business to ECA

one of the most importnant is to send a welcome greeting and then tell persons or affiliate about the history of the business and what is all about.
The let the affiliate know the focus is very good advantage on the business and how he or she handles it is more import for the growth of his or her own business success.
