Well, Genealogy filter is a good tool for communicating with your downline. With the filter, it aids effective communication with your active downline. Areas you can narrow down search includes :-

2. Those affiliate that have a Standing order.

Actually there are so many filters in the genealogy, you can find anything you need to know about your downline. It is a very powerful tool and one that every Team Leader should be using on a daily basis.

Date Joined -:
When I first go into the genealogy I always first check for new sign-ups and send them a welcome E-Card. At the same time I check recent signups to see who are becoming active or have not logged in for a day or two.

I also use this filter to see how many

Milena:

The Genealogy page is my all time favorite page, as far as where I spend my time "working" in my business.

The front page gives me a great overview of which level of my team is performing most actively. I change Sort by: to Last Login, and dsc. This tells me from the top of the list going down, who is most active in my team. I'll change this to VersaPoints (this month) to see which affiliates are actively gaining VP, or doing the things needed to be done

I like the full genealogy when I am using the filters. Once a month I go through each of the filters, because they give me a different perspective on how my whole group is progressing. I also use different sorts once a month for the same reason.

Most of the time I use the sort for todays VP. That lets me know how my workers are progressing. If I see that they aren't getting the VP they should on a particular day, I go to their ledgers and check and see if they are missing something or

The Genealogy is your way of finding out how your team and individual team member is doing and finding out their goals and how to help them.

All filter choices are beneficial.

I find the best choices for me the following:

1. At top is Sort by: Rank, VP this month or VP total - descending for all

2. Under Sort by selection box is another choice box.
I mostly use Date joined – actual date or greater than a date.

I also use 'CSA second

Mostly I use the Quick Filters for most of my activities.

1. “Movers” You might think this one is redundant since you have the Movers Red Tab. The difference is the filter is more extensive and comprehensive than the Tab. Where my Tab may have six “movers” listed the Movers Quick Filter will display 11 or more depending on activity. It will show everyone who has logged in regardless of activity.
2. “EA last month, not yet EA this month” This is self explanatory. Encourage

I don't know about anyone else, but the only genealogy 'filter' I need or use yet is not actually a filter per se. I simply switch from the full version of the genealogy to the condensed and then I use the sort function instead.

Perhaps when I've been with SFI for long enough to have thousands, and tens of thousands of PSA and CSA, then I will need to extensively need genealogy filtering but for now I just have 500-600 total affiliates in my down line. With the full genealogy, I have

Hello Milena !

1. Genealogy is a report that is also one of your most powerful resources in SFI. The Genealogy lists your PSAs, their PSAs (Generation 2), and so on, down to Generation 7 (G7).

2. Your Genealogy may not contain affiliates who have been inactive for six months or more, in order to prevent clutter in the report.

3. Use your Genealogy to manage your growing organization, send individual and group messages to your entire organization (or any segment),

What are the best Genealogy filters to use and why?

Hi Milena Despotovic. The SFI Genealogy has many powerful features and capabilities.
First, you'll notice the top of your Genealogy page contains an "info box". The left side of the box contains the number of affiliates contained in each generation in your downline. The center section contains fields in which you'll be able to select your Genealogy sorts and filters. You'll also see an option for group e-mailing.
