Yes. If you believe you understand the business plan of SFI.

As soon as you become a Team Leader (BTL) you will receive second home CSA's and you automatically have a TEAM!

Sometimes you will be fortunate enough to inherit active CSA's!
In my case I once got an STL, which was very exciting considering I was only a BTL!
Mostly though you inherit inactive CSA's. This should not discourage you - look at it as a challenge! Maybe receiving YOUR personal message and

How can I convince people who do not speak English to join SFI and work with me?

This is an important question because SFI is an International organization, we recruit Affiliates from all over the world. Of course many people do not speak or understand English.

SFI has a "translate" button at the bottom of every page, so it is important you let your new signups know straight away that they can have everything offered on SFI translated to their own language. I would put this information in my welcome letter.

Next I would suggest they join a forum

For SFI affiliates, what is the most overrated activity...and what is the most underrated activity?

The most over-rated activities:-
1. ASK SC. I have found that either I am reading and rating the same answers more than once or people are copying answers. It gets a bit tiresome rating similar or same answers over and over every day to achieve 1VP. If they are being repeated by some mischance then the person is being rated numerous times by the same person!
(I have found many very interesting and helpful answers but to be honest I would rather rate a 1 - 10 than a yes or no answer)

2.

Actually there are so many filters in the genealogy, you can find anything you need to know about your downline. It is a very powerful tool and one that every Team Leader should be using on a daily basis.

Date Joined -:
When I first go into the genealogy I always first check for new sign-ups and send them a welcome E-Card. At the same time I check recent signups to see who are becoming active or have not logged in for a day or two.

I also use this filter to see how many

What is the benefit of receiving non-active, re-assigned affiliates (PSAs) from your upline?

I have to admit I did not believe there was any benefit being assigned non-active Affiliates until this last month!

Every week sometimes more, I send out team mail, I write personal emails to those that appear to be giving up etc., but rarely, if ever, get a response.

Then out of the blue a PSA, who last logged on in August last year, came back and totally excelled - in one month becoming a STL!

If just one person did that a month wouldn't it be great!

You need to have "guts" This is not for the faint hearted, you need to put your heart and soul into making your business work.

Determination to succeed - it's easy the first month to reach EA but after that you need to be resourceful and hard working, constantly planning a strategy that can work for you. If you don't have financial resources to fall back on to help you, it means you have to be even more determined and careful with what little money you have, so plan wisely.

Diligence

So often people join these 'opportunities' to make money and they end in disappointment, mainly because of their expectations! Too many people are desperately looking for ways to make money and a 'quick fix' to resolve their financial problems.

I believe most of us join to make money and get financial freedom - that is a 'given'
but when it comes to work, so many lose interest and move on. BIG MISTAKE!

When I joined SFI I had tried a few other programs with no results,

How do I get my downline members to participate in my team contests?

I have tried on numerous occasions to offer contests to my team and have been so disappointed at the total lack of interest and non-existant entries!

I have just realised what part of the problem is!

Newbies have no idea WHERE to go to FIND the competition to enter it! I have just added a new competition myself for my newbies and actually got a 'help' request from one of them to say 'Where do I go?"

I always state that they must go to my Leadership page, but

I believe in marriage (or life partnership) that communication is fundamental and a most important part of that relationship. It's not really a matter of 'convincing' them but rather sharing your reasons for why you believe this is the right thing for you to do and then asking them to support you in your decision.

Trust is another basic requirement in your relationship. You have to ask yourself 'why should they trust me in this business opportunity?' We all make mistakes, but if this is

How do you choose a LocalPay provider that is efficient and reliable?

In order for an ECA to become a LocalPay Provider they must first be approved by TripleClicks before they can operate.

If you have a selection of LocalPays for your Country, the rating system of stars can guide you as to which Providers are highly rated. However, having said that you may have new Providers and how else do they get rated unless they are given a chance to prove themselves?

Initially, purchase an amount of $10 and see how efficient the communication is from the
