you can go for the rank of team leader, but it's hard for you to maintain the rank.
You can make a standing order 1500 vp or more every month for your business.
Example, you can place a standing order 125 TCredits to get 1500 vp and also you can get new csa for you to build a good team.

How do you motivate affiliates lazy and unmotivated?

Hi Nebojsa Nikolic. in my opinion, they become lazy and unmotivate is because they still do not understand what is SFI, SFI advantage, and how to succeed in SFI. Or maybe they want to find work that they can get rich quick. Or they sign up just to get the topics and learning about marketing.

To motivate lazy and unmotivate affiliates is to:
try to be friends with him, as a starter ask whether he is interested in earning online? Is he interested in working online? or they are only interested in working with the get rich quick. If they respond with a positive answer, continue to communicate with them. Began to explain to them what is SFI, and how SFI works. Explain compact and simple as possible to make them more deeply interested in the SFI. The reason is that people like them mostly do not like lengthy explanation at the beginning. They prefer short but concise explanation. When they show more positive action, then you can give them a clearer explanation.

Hi Milena Despotovic. The SFI Genealogy has many powerful features and capabilities.
First, you'll notice the top of your Genealogy page contains an "info box". The left side of the box contains the number of affiliates contained in each generation in your downline. The center section contains fields in which you'll be able to select your Genealogy sorts and filters. You'll also see an option for group e-mailing.
