let me tell you that you're not a person who should make others to do something. If they don't do it, don't make yourself a martyr in convincing them about something is working. It's not worthy, because if you succeed to make them work, it will be a short-term thing. You can't motivate lazy affiliates, because they don't want to work and hope some money to fall from the sky without them doing something.
Now, pay better attention on the unmotivated affiliates. Here the communication is the key - what are their goal and story. This will make you see clear what exactly want they do and tell them if SFI can help them to achieve what they want. Everyone has a "why". Share your own reasons to be in the business first and ask delicate about the eventual reasons the person in front of you will have - spending time with themselves, their families, leaving their daily jobs that hate and etc.. This is the base you can use to say for example:
"I hate my job" - Well, here is answer like this "SFI gives you option to work from home and not with boss" or something like this
"I have loans" - here is quite delicate, but in general you can say something like this "If you make sales from Tripleclicks you can earn additional money that can help you to pay what you have to" or something like this. If the person's heart is open for you then you can find the reasons that can make this person more motivated without aggressive pressure, just a friendly suggestion.

Your use of words like "lazy and unmotivated ""is motivated by pure frustration caused by inaction by your affiliates.
I understand how you feel but being negative and labeling your affiliates won't solve the problem.
I have thousand of affiliates and only a handful of them are working hard yet I continue to send all my affiliates positive suggestions on a weekly basis.I have had affiliates who were inactive for many months and then became active after reading one of my emails.
We have affiliates in countries where the use of Internet is sporadic or expensive and it's a miracle if they can log in on a daily basis;they are not lazy or unmotivated but have to face difficulties that we can't even imagine,so keep doing your job with a positive mind and in the long run you'll succeed.

My goodly member of this awesome company SFI,i have been looking at your question for a while now and i ask myself ,as i would assume you have downline members who are unmotivated presumingly so,but i would not consider them lazy,knowing not all the facts of them becoming unmotivated,after all you are the upline and should {a} ENCOURAGE{b}MOTIVATE {c}GUIDE and HELP them to become active rather than discourage them by the word lazy,for instance,if for some reason a member has issues or domestic problems but sometime check the SC and find their upline wording or term them as such and such they will be discourage and unmotivated.do encourage them regardless of issues,one day they may become active.

I think that you should try to understand their psychological profile. If they are introvert, they would't show the willingness to communicate with you, try to change their patterns, if you can. The daily routine (day-to- day VP gathering) is borring for many people, but it is not a rule.
If your lazy and unmotivated affiliates start to communicate one day, you'll probably have a chance to set your common goals.
Our common business is to communicate with the community, to be inclusive and to encourage others to be inclusive, too.
Try to explain to lazy affiliates that this business is for serious, curious and persistent people, as you are.
If they have something in common with you, you will start building a common team, as a part of SFI global community.

There is little you can do really. It all has to do with the affiliates mind set.Many affiliates who signed up to SFI thought that it's a quick get rich business,but when they realize they need to put in more effort, laziness crept in.You don't need all your down line to be active, just a few like minded ones will do.
You must motivate your team because their and your succes!
-Show them your good work.
-Show them possibilities for best earnings.
-Bring them into the business.
-Tell them to try as hard work is going to success.
-show them that in this business there's entertainment and game.
I think that motivate these people or not very good. Perhaps some task for them to offer a gift-card with 12 USD, but I do not know if this helps. Perhaps it would be ejection of the card in the wrong direction. Better to give it to someone from the marketplace, someone new, which is at least hope, that this guy keeps working. What is important is not avow, to be honest and say things as jsou.Pokud his interest lasts, give further motivation card.
I think some people, when they earn elsewhere and some of their bad financial situation out there, come back to SFI and then, or will they only permanent interest.
Because SFI likes to everyone, but not everyone can get involved immediately.

Not sure any of the People that signed up for SFI are lazy they did make the effort. The motivation part is up to the Sponsor, some do it by telling them how much money they have made, some by telling them about a product they use and how much they like it and how easy it is to sell to others.
Boils down to do as I do not as I say. Show them how do not tell them how. You motive by doing.
Look back one year ago, if you did not start anything, today you are still stand-still as who you are now!
Same thing, if you don't start something today, you get nothing one year later.
Therefore, i strongly recommend to you, my dear friend, to start changing your life from today- kick start SFI as an second income business for a year to come.
I don't think there is something particular that you can about it.If they decide they do not want to continue working with SFI nothing will make them change their mind.You can simply tell them you are there for them any time,you can tell them about your succes and how satisfy you are with SFI and hope it's enough for them to move on...
