I joined SFI almost 3 years ago and not only I am still involved with it.I truly enjoy working at it and learning new strategies every day.
SFI changed my life by giving me a purpose and a goal which is reachable and challenging
Every day when I open my I Pad and log in into my business I think of when I had one hour commute to my job and one hour to go homeI remember how tired and stressed out I was while now I can bring my business to the beach or to the mountains and I can do it at

Success depends from many things and nobody can guaranty whether you and your business will be successful. If you have determination, passion for learning, patience and persistence you will succeed.SFI is a real business and every business needs at least a couple of years to establish itself. If you own a store you need to invest money for rent or purchase of it, merchandise, advertisement ,staff etc....and you have no guaranty that it will succeed.
At least with SFI we know that many, many affiliates

I started SFI in November of 2012. I remember Thinking that it was easy and exciting for the 1st month, then in the 2nd month I got stuck and frustrated.Slowly I uunderstood that SFI is not a game but a serious business, but I still did not take advantage of the built in help that SFI offers like The Launch Pad lessons which I read quickly to get the VP points or the Basic Rules or the Forum.
Now I. Study the Forum and the Ask SC questions and answers daily ,sometimes I go back to the Launch

I joined SFI at the end of 2012 and at that time I was very suspicious of any internet so called business! I have been burned many times before but SFI has always delivered what they promise and my enthusiasm for it is growing every day.
I love SFI because
1.it is a real business
2.it mixes work with fun activities like the EZ games
3.yoy can improve your skills using the training materials SFI gives you for Free
4.it is a real global business which allows you to have affiliates

I Believe that the SFI Longevity speaks for itself. We live in a complex, constantly changing world and the Internet is the perfect example of what was great yesterday is gone tomorrow....but not SFI which after 17 years, not only still stands, but is growing by the thousands every single day.
What makes SFI so unique?
Its leader,Gary
Its structure
Its guidelines
Its compensation plan
Its business nature
Its affiliates who believe in working hard and as a team

To be a good, supportive sponsor you need to really Care for your affiliates.
How do you show that you care?
1 Send your affiliates a welcome card where you tell them how happy you are to welcome them in their team!
2.underline the fact that SFI is a business and not a get rich quick scheme
3.It will take Time,Effort and Persistence to succeed
4.you will always try to answer their questions and if unable to do so,find an answer for them
5,Respond within 24 hours to

You tell them that building a business is like building a house:one brick at the time and it takes many bricks to complete the house as it takes many VP points to reach different levels.
It also takes discipline and persistence no matter what the weather or the obstacles are.
Many people are used to instant results and have no patience I think as a sponsor you need to be very patient and persistent and be an example to follow by your affiliates.

Your use of words like "lazy and unmotivated ""is motivated by pure frustration caused by inaction by your affiliates.
I understand how you feel but being negative and labeling your affiliates won't solve the problem.
I have thousand of affiliates and only a handful of them are working hard yet I continue to send all my affiliates positive suggestions on a weekly basis.I have had affiliates who were inactive for many months and then became active after reading one of

I am on vacation at the moment and will be for the next 10 days.So far I have managed to log in every day even though it's not easy.
When I find a hotel or B and B I ask them if they have Wi Fi and if their connections are good. Sometimes the connection is weak and I have to ask to use their compute(it happened once).
I agree that it is difficult to log in every day because of the tight schedules and the peer pressure to forget about business...
But you must be persistent and tell
