In my opinion we can make an analogy with the American football. There are several positions in defense and attack. The most important player (quarterback) can not play alone. They all have the same goal: win the game.
In the same way, sponsor and team member have a single goal: grow your income. The sponsor could not grow alone. He needs the team member's work, as well as the team member must sponsor's help.
I Strongly Say YES.To Me This Indicate That You Are Good Sponsor And Teacher For A Teacher Ought To Teach He Or Her Student To Be Better Than Him Or Her. But Also Know That This Happen On Sfi Due To Your Luck Such As Winning Of DG, GAMES ETC. And This Winning Makes The Person To Advance Faster Than You And It Does Not Mean He/her Know More Than You. With the SFI program, you are in a team situation.
This means that we all learn from each other.
To think that you have nothing left to offer just because one of your affiliates gets more badges than you or is a silver TL when you are a bronze is not productive and not true.
We all learn from and support each other, no matter where we are in the line-up. Even if your affiliate is a diamond TL, you very likely know more about some other part of this humongous program that he or she doesn't.
You will absolutely want to continue to provide education and support to all of your downline. Send your letters, hints, tricks and trainings to everyone on your downline. If an affiliate feels they already know what you are communicating they will simply not read it. If he/she is smart though, and I'm sure he/she is, they will not consider themselves any 'better' or more advanced than you and will continue to learn.
Remember, we all start at the same place every month.
