First thing to ask is what they were expecting and try to show them how SFI offers a strong foundation and steady increased results and doesn't make impossible to deliver promises.

Remind them that there is no investment required and they can take as long as needed to learn the system, and tell them that they wont find as many people in one place ready to help them succeed anywhere online.

See most people who give that excuse were looking for faster earnings or a minimum dollar

If you have developed a good, friendly and trusting relationship with your EAs you will be able to ask what the expectation was when they stop.

There are many reasons for this and the reasons maybe are within your ability to solve. Let your EAs open up and listen well.

If the reason has to do with earning quick bucks on their first month, then you can enlighten them. Suggest that reviewing Day 11 of the LaunchPad lesson will help in understanding this quite common expectations

Good question,

In my opinion, its usually not too easy as quite a number stumble across SFI by chance. To tackle such, one must be able to ascertain the reason as to why they joined in the first place. Once reason has been ascertain then, we should try and help them to make it easier as to why they joined in the first place.

Ways to encourage or help them is by:-

1. Telling them that its not a get rich scheme and thus requires time and patience

2. Inform

Remember your PSA's are business people, so treat them that way.
You are not a boss or a bully.

Since he has become an EA and had some experience, he or she may be sincere. Although SFI has great opportunities and good compensation plan, it may not be what the person had in mind. You can not force them to stay.

There are many rich and successful persons, but that does not mean we are all willing to receive success in a similar way.

Take a look at his/her

I will try my best to have an open communication with them and find out the reasons why they think that SFI is not what they have expected.

I will explain the importance of having a proper SFI mindset. I will teach them how to develop the correct mindset to be successful not only in SFI but also in life. It is only when they are clear with what they want to achieve when they signed up with SFI can they figure out whether SFI is the right business for them or not. For example, if they

Personally I would send them an E Card.
Saying Well done on achieving EA in your first month. Please do not give up.
I am not sure what you were expecting. Click reply to this email and let me know how I can help.

My personal thoughts. This is how I achieve ( I say Platinum) Team Leader monthly.

Everyone dreams of owning their own business. Normally you need $1000's in reserve to start.
Then you need to keep injecting more

Hello Anwar
1. Find out what happened and why the statement.
2. Find out what they were expecting when they joined. Try and look at what they want and see if you can fit SFI into it. E.g let say your EA affiliate expected fast money may due to an urgent need, show him other avenues that he can use to realize it, don't just shun it off as impossible. It is and that will be becoming an ECA or listing items at Tripleclicks. This is immediate payment.
It may be using SO to requalify and

Try to send him/her a letter talking about your failure with other online business!

I would have to say that in order to build a successful business Online.

It takes determination and willingness to succeed.

If you put in the effort required to duplicate you will success.

I’m gone be honest with you I don’t like to brainwash peoples after one year’s since the third month I make money in SFI, ok that not yet my full income I

I believe wholeheartedly that SFI is a tremendous opportunity. And for an affiliate that became EA in the first month, I see seriousness in them to earn online. The basic problem with such affiliate is that they are yet to see the big picture, the potentials and the possibilities with SFI.

To start with, you need to open up the line of communication with such affiliate. As long as they are willing to listen, you need to explain to them what SFI is.

First, you need to explain

Hi,

That is a good question, because it is quite often situation for all of us.

Main reason for such is that it is very easy to maintain EA or higher status at the first month in SFI.
Due that at the second month it is more difficult to attain EA status without investing, many people got discouraged.
So, our task as their sponsor is to inform them about this situation at the first month, i.e. almost immediately, to avoid previous thing.

Now, if this happened,
