Helping yor affiliates in other country is a great way to acheiving success in SFI. Although as a sponsor its your duty to ensure that every affiliates of yours are successful.

Here are some few ways you could help them.

1. Reassigning: Its one of the great tools you can uuse to support your team. Reassigning an affiliates to his/her fellow country would help the affiliates understand the concept behind succeeding in SFI.

Before giving your help to your affiliates from other countries the best possible way in order for them to advance in SFI, you must first identify what kind of help they need and what are the challenges they are facing in their journey with SFI.

1) The best way to help your affiliates in other countries advance in SFI is through your constant and consistent communication.

2) Through regular communication in any form, be it SFI Team Mail or personal mail or follow up through phone calls, SMS, chat line, social media, Stream, etc ensure the information flow is regular.

First, go to genealogy and identify the affiliates from which countries they come from and the languages they speak. Secondly, the time zone they are in so that we will know whether they are on line or early in the morning when it is bedtime.

Effective Communication Channel through
(i) language
If possible, use the languages that they can speak or communicate with so that they can understand what we are talking about. Use language translator(s) if available to send mails or chatting.

The best way is to stay in touch. By emails or any other mean of internet communication.
You should be proactive in the beginning, initiate conversation, and ready to help from the start and later. I don't think that it is wise to make dependent PSAs or CSAs, it's best to teach them to work independently but help them whenever they need. But this applies to all PSAs/CSAs...

The best way to help any affiliate is to met them where their understanding is. You have to be able to see through their eye's. It's critical to understand why your affiliates think they way that they do. Language barrier shouldn't be a problem today.

With SFI, we have few ways we can adapt to run a good communications, helping our affiliates from other countries, to advance with SFI.

Why I mention Languages?
Because they are the best way and also our first key communication with our affiliates and gradually, once comfortable with it, our communications will also improves our friendships, and this will helps our affiliates advance together with SFI.

One method to us is the very first email you send to someone in a non English speaking country should firstly be in English and secondly – using Google translate – put a translated version in their native language below.

Make a request that they reply to you stating which language they would like you to use.
