Versa Points help to:
1. Determine your rank qualification within 3 categories, your Class (people who joined on the same day you did), your Country (how you are placed within your region) and Overall (what is your progress in SFI)
2. Establish your position in the E365 Entrepreneurial Challenge at the end of your 1st year within SFI. The highest collection of Sales (maximum 40,000) and Action points will get you to become a Champion, a recognition that is highly valued.
3. Calculate your commissions based on your rank qualifications and those of your team members (through matching VPs)
These 3 main factors determine your progress within SFI. It is inappropriate to expect to be part of such a ridiculous system where you want to be paid commissions on points you have already earned the previous month in the current month - this is the situation if the counter does not set to Zero.
This is very similar to a scenario where you have been paid for a project last month but you expect to be paid again this month for doing nothing.
Therefore everyone starts at Zero in the new month.
Once the new month sets in, your goals and targets change. The targets of your team members also fluctuate. It would be impossible to think and believe that you could continue being paid for on the previous month's points and not work in the current month. If this was the case, everyone would be waiting for a pay-check without doing anything!
In some months you may have team members who qualify to PTL or DTL while other months they may not qualify-so how would you see this differentiation - through Versa Points! Affiliates do not earn the same commission because their Versa Points accumulated during the month change. It is not a constant figure.
