This is a very good question because it sees the need of your team also my team may have the same issue but none of them has written to me to tell me so.
What can we do?
Tell them to use the computer in the internet cafe may cost $1 -$2 for an hour until they can afford one for themselves.
They can share other persons computer if they allow them to. But remember to delete all history after use.
Tell them they can purchase from TripleClicks if they can afford they will receive VP's and MRP's for doing that.
Tell them to get in the auction to win a computer for themselves sometimes computers go below the expected prizes.
They can use computers in their public library.
Purchase a second hand computer if they can not afford a new one for now.

They can do offline advertising and get PSA's and PRM's and ECA's and when they start receiving their income they can purchase their own computer. Long process but worth it.
These are some of the ways they can become successful..if there's a will there's also a way. They should never give up and try all that they can do.
This is an online Internet Business and without a computer it is almost impossible to accomplish.

The very basic requirement for our SFI business is an internet access.

They can try working in internet cafes.
They can try to take a PC or a laptop on a monthly rental basis and an internet connection.
They can try to win a smart phone, a tab or i pad thru our TripleClicks auctions if they are not from India and Pakistan.

Before they go to internet cafe, they should have a clear plan to work out not to waste a minute there.
They have to finish off the daily tasks, weekly, monthly actions at least.

Check their important mails alone quickly and answer them.

Should have a weekly schedule, a time table, added to daily activities, like on Monday they can try to play games to get VPs,
Tuesday they can try some auctions, Wednesday get some training material printed out, Thursday some online advertising...
like that they can have a clear plan before entering the internet cafe.

Marketing, advertising sort of things they can plan offline. Meeting people both warm and cold market to tell about SFI and
TripleClicks. Posters, flyers, Wave 3 car decal, newspaper print ads kind of offline marketing could help.

Until they have their own facility of internet, they need to do more offline marketing.
Once they grow with a sizable team members and income thru TripleClicks sales, they can opt for a second hand laptop or so.
Then they can buy a new one.

They can opt for small devices like smart phone. Investment will be less compared to a laptop or a desk top.
Easy to carry. We can utilize whenever we want. We can finish off our work even during commuting to office or college.

Can seek friend's or relatives help until they own their own device.

They should not think of leaving SFI. Should have a strong attachment and a belief that they will definitely win one fine day.
Until then should bear with these tiny obstacles.

When advertising for affiliates and communicating with prospective affiliates, I try to make it clear that this will be their business and they need to have internet access. This is an international online business after all.

I suspect that most of us including ECAs that bulk recruit do this but, like you Jose, we still have people with limited access computer.

The only things I can suggest for you to help them are:

- Be patient with them. They will log in irregularly and will probably struggle for a while. Be understanding and keep on encouraging and sponsoring them.

- Suggest to them that they step up their offline advertising with distributing more flyers, posting notices, speaking meetings if possible, distributing gift cards. Keep recruiting and promoting via his/her ‘warm market,’ family members, friends etc..

- Suggest to them when they do get online, really step up their online advertising, paid or unpaid. Go for the international market. Make the most of the time they are online.
- If they do not have access to a computer or other online devices, see if they can have access from their local library and internet cafes.

Whatever you do, do not fall into the trap of doing these and other activities for them. You are their sponsor, not their worker. Their businesses are theirs.

It's quite a challenge but not impossible to help an affiliate who have limited access to a computer.

SFI can be done not only in the computer but also in Tablets and some cellphones. The daily task can be done easily through these gadgets but the challenge is doing online marketing but still it can be done.

In this case he should do more warm marketing to find affiliates. and use his limited access to computer to do some online marketing. You need to coach him how to do it so that whenever he access a computer he just directly do what to told him.

Another problem probably related to computer is the access to the internet. Again this is a challenge but there are already many hotspot with free internet connection in the malls for example on in many other establishment, just schedule a certain time a day and do the daily task there and do other important task in the computer once you have an access.

There is nothing impossible if the your affiliates is determined to do His SFI business.

The basic resources we need here at SFI is a gadget (computer, tabs or cellphone) and internet connection. Once you have these two then you can still do SFI even if you have limited access as long as you use your limited access wisely. and of course be determined to succeed.

Hi Jose, thanks for this challenging question....
Since SFI is mainly a Web based business, access to the internet is crucial. Fortunately, these days the majority of people who own cellphones, have Smartphones - which offer Internet access. Mobile access to the Internet and conducting business in that manner is increasingly popular because of versatility. I would also suggest an Internet Cafe, it offers affordable entry to the Internet and also the chance to do some marketing at the same time :).

A great idea is to motivate them by aiming to acquire their own computer through this business. Join the regular auctions and start bidding on the variety of laptops / smartphones / tablets on offer there - also quite exciting!

Another option would be to find people in the area with the same problem and start a "FUND" to acquire a computer to be used and managed by the group. There is strength in numbers!

The best way to help your Affiliates who have limited access to a computer is to know how limited is their use of computer.

If they are sharing a computer with family members, suggest to arrange for a time to use the computer for an hour or two during the day, when they are not home. If they have jobs or attending school, your affiliate can use the time to use the computer when they are out.

If they live in a shared accommodation and are sharing a computer with other people, discuss the problem with them and organise an hour or two for you to have your turn at the computer.

If they have friends who have computers, arrange to use the computer with a small fee to use their device.

For the affiliates who have smart phones but no computer at home, or are limited by internet connections because of the place where they live, there are internet cafés, or a libraries where they can pay a certain amount to use the computer for doing the daily tasks.

If they are able to invest in TCredits, then bidding at Pricebender for a device will be beneficial for both of you and your Affiliates.

Other activities that can be done offline is advertising, etc. They can use this time productively by distributing brochures, gift cards and other SFI/TC vertising materials in public places where many people congregate, in shopping centres, laundromats, markets, parks, etc.

Help your Affiliates to see the Big Picture by setting a short term goal to buy a computer by promoting SFI and TripleClicks products offline to generate sales and earn commission, which will ultimately lead them to achieve the long term goal of financial success.

Having limited access to a computer can actually be turned into an advantage for your affiliates.

Many people (including me) rely too heavily on internet marketing to bring in new PSAs and PRMs. But it is the people we speak to in person about the opportunity who are most likely to take the business seriously.

I am old enough to remember when there was no internet to use, or it was not easily accessed by the average person, but I still managed to build a profitable direct marketing business, by placing ads in newspapers, sending out flyers and postcards, and leaving business cards everywhere I could think of.

Encourage your affiliates with limited access to stock up on gift cards, flyers and business cards, and to join W3. These are all aids they can use in talking to people directly.

Also, contrary to popular belief, logging on every day is not mandatory. It is just helpful in accumulating Action VP. But when they are able to get online, encourage them to learn as much as they can about SFI, so they are prepared to answer the questions they will be asked when speaking to people directly.

A lot of the correct answer to this question depends on what "limited access" actually means. Does the affiliate not own a computer and can only go online when he or she is in a library or at friends house who does have one?

Or, does this mean that there is a computer in the home, but he or she only has the ability to use it for an hour a day? a week?

I think the best advice to give for any of these scenarios has a lot to do with goals and time management.

The affiliate would need to determine exactly what they hope to accomplish during their time on the computer and set a goal, either daily or weekly depending on their circumstance.

Once they know what they want to accomplish, it would be good to determine what steps they need to take to accomplish this. For instance, if someone has an hour per day they may want to set goals of logging on to their site and doing the to-do items that gives them the most VersaPoints. I wouldn't advise spending this time bidding on the auctions or playing games. They would want to make this as concise as possible so they would still have some time left afterwards.

Once the daily to-do's are done, then they may want to set another goal to do some advertising and of course, what kind. If they are going to use the free methods, they may want to focus on just one traffic exchange at a time since these can be very time consuming.

They will want to do as much of the work offline as possible - writing the ads first will save a few minutes, for instance.

That way when they get the time at the computer, each minute is assigned and he or she will get as much done as possible.

These affiliates might also want to use the vacation mode if they only get to get on the computer weekly or even less. That way they can keep their streak going.

You will also want to remind these affiliates of the offline things they can do to promote their business - flyers, business cards and all the ideas that is in the Marketing menu.

They had enough access to join SFI - so they are off to a good start. Fortunately in this century you can get access in different places and ways. The only problem with logging on from different locations will be that SFI will require that you acknowledge that it is actually the right person logging on.

Smartphones can work on the short term as well as I-pads. We have internet cafe's, internet in libraries, airports (although it would be a bit creepy if they hang out at the airport too much), FREE Wi-Fi, but in the long run it would be a lot easier if they had a laptop or desktop.

The best part? They do not even have to go out and shop for it - all they have to do is take a tour through TripleClick's products and they will find something that they fancy. They can either buy it or stand a chance to get it at a HUGE discount by bidding on it in a Price Benders auction and when they bid they are busy earning VP and MRP. The VP bring them closer to qualify as a team leader and the MRP can be used to buy something - like T-credits or any other product they like.

Hope your Affiliates can soon start buying their laptops!

It is good that they have some access to a computer, even if limited. However, they will need to plan their computer time as to get the best productive use from it.

It is possible to access SFI/TC from other devices, e.g. smartphone, tablet, etc. as well as accessing social media to place ads. However, on a practical level, I think that use will be restrictive. Personally, I have used my smartphone to do my daily tasks when I've been away from home and away from a computer, but this was just for short periods of time. It would not have been sufficient for getting the full use, like copying and pasting ads/gateways where I tend to have multiple tabs and documents open on my computer. Also, reading a lot of training and learning more about the program would have been difficult on a device like a smartphone.

Use of an internet cafe would be helpful, if you have a schedule planned out and you can get the best opportunities from your time allowed. Have your documents, such as your welcome message you send to your new team members, and ads copy, saved to an online storage or flash drive so you can access them from any computer.

While it is more difficult to run an online business like SFI without a desktop or laptop computer, it is not impossible, however it will certainly test the commitment of someone who really wants to build an online business.

Goal setting is important, and perhaps the first goal they should set is to acquire a computer of their own. Building commissions through promoting TC products, building a team, and perhaps trying to win one of the laptops in the Pricebenders auctions are all options to consider in reaching for this goal.
