Good question.
By limited access I am going to presume that you mean that the affiliates to whom you refer do not have their own laptop or desk top PC!
So, unless they have a 'smartphone' then the following could help:
(1) Use computers at the nearest 'internet cafe'.
(2) Use computers at local libraries. (some countries have this facility).
(3) try to persuade friends who have laptops to share them - and maybe they can also become interested in SFI?
n.b. all three options will mean that SFI strong security system will 'kick-in', and ask the Affiliates to verify each time they try to log in - on different computers...
However, without owning, or having daily access to a laptop or PC, any Affiliate is going to be severely handicapped! This is 'Internet Affiliate Marketing'... we are dealing with, and ''internet'' link is a basic requirement!
