Today I received an email that caused me to reflect on this very question.

Only this guy is not going to disengage but engage more. The subject of the email was:
"An Observation"

This guy is a very good friend and one of my PSAs.

This was the basic info he shared in his letter to me:
My activity for February was significantly greater than previous months.
February VP: 21448 vs Total VP: 48091

My winnings were also much greater.

Hey Wilfreda,

Let them know that this is always their choice to make.

But if they stay and work on their business they always have a chance of recruiting that one or two fantastic affiliates that will make them an income. Whereas if they quit then they have zero chance of that ever happening.

Ask them what they have been doing to build their business and see if there isn't something you can do to help.

A lot of people claim to have put in a lot of effort

When you are asked a question in this way you will have no doubt that they know SFI is a real business where they will need to work and invest if they're ever going to see a return. They will also know it is not a get rich scheme. At this point it is best to proceed by asking them a series of questions about their efforts and hard work.

You can review their VP Ledger to see if their is anything that needs to be addressed. Let them know that quitting will not solve anything because it

The thrust of what I would say would be to encourage him to continue working his SFI business. He would be gently reminded that SFI is just like any other business in that effort and hard work is indeed needed. Be patient. His thinking is not out of the ordinary. Many people think of quitting just before they make their break or success.

I would have a look at his VP Ledger and his Profile if I were not already familiar with these and use the relevant information there to encourage

It is not easy to convince a person to change their mind once their mind is made up, and they also have themselves convinced to quit. Persuasion by another to convince continuance in SFI must be presented early on. We can not afford to wait for our Affiliates to decide to quit. We must share with them why we keep going, and share with them how to becoming more productive and persistent will help them see the progress over time.

Working with them from the beginning will also help them

I can most assuredly relate to their concerns, as I have had those thoughts blip across my mind occasionally, too. I would guess that many of our affiliates have!

What you tell them is that they will always wonder what if...?? if they quit. What if I tried a little longer, or harder? What if I had READ all those LaunchPad lessons, advising me SFI is NOT a short term money making business? Most importantly, what could I have become had I studied the Internet Income Courses, both 1 and

1.If he/she already know remind him/her that Rome wasn't built in one day.
2.Tell him/her that quitters never win. There is no way that you can't be successful in SFI unless you quit.
3.Tell him/her to ask any business person who is now successful how he/she started and how was the journey.
4.Tell him/her to keep sponsoring, advertising, and marketing Tripleclicks products, and also how to maintain EA2 status with low cost if he can't afford.
5.Tell him/her to ask any question

The first question you need to ask him the following questions for reflection and self realization
What actually is your intention when you first join the business?
What is your expectation in the first month, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years down the line?
What is your goal?
Getting all the positive and negative responses, then you can focus on the positive responses first to make him reduce his negative perceptions on the business.
Tell him, "Rome was not build in

In your question, you didn’t specify if the affiliate who is planning to quit is under your leadership. I’m going to base my answer on the premise that you’re his sponsor. This would make more sense. Before you tell something to your affiliate who’s going to quit, maybe it is necessary for you as his Team Leader to have a close look on your leadership role. Maybe in reviewing your goals and visions will lead you to identify what you have been missing in your support to your whole SFI organization.

Hi Wilfreda!
Just ask your affiliate to give his/her business time. Success is not going to happen overnight. Business is like a tree. You can't plant it today and expect fruits tomorrow. You must water your tree and look after it. It will look after you in future. Same with his/her business.
Let him/her understand that it takes time to get to know all the things about business. It takes time to get to know the products in order to advertise them. It takes time to develop a plan. It takes
