We cannot make our own ads till we are a Team Leader,so use this time
finding out where to place your ads.

Then you will be working on a new skill.

Purchasing new referrals is a good idea for most of us.I started just
getting 10 at a time.

Strengthening your first level and helping them get to BTL is a must for you to succeed.

Doing both could help. We need PSAs. We need team players. Let them come thru all the possible ways.

Thru personal advertising we can target the people we are looking for and we'll have a better control after signing up as PSAs.
We can insist them to do the activities required to be done.

We can use the free advertisements as for as possible and paid advertisements if budget allows.

Buying PSAs will also help to a great deal.

Buying PSAs either by PSAs to Go, setting a S-builder co-op or winning on every 50th auction, thru Bid and build program will help a lot.

Whichever way we get PSAs, our ultimate goal is team building. Unless otherwise we build a team we cannot move on to next levels.
Without a team, playing a single will not work out in network marketing.

PSAs coming thru our advertisement or coming thru buying both play the same way. It's all depends on an individual's mindset to work or not to work.
If they really understand the concept and the potential of our business they'll withstand otherwise not.

We should keep trying to bring people in this in all the possible ways. Offline, online advertisement, buying PSAs, word of mouth,etc.

Anything that helps you to build your Team is best in SFI business.

There are established many sites where you can advertise your SFI Gateway free of cost. Of course, not for ever. They fix the maximum free charges. Until you reach that limit, your ad. will be in circulation. Once the upper limit is reached, you will be required to pay a certain amount. This cycle will get repeated.

Based on my experience, I can tell you, the response was very good. The number of people who joined SFI was amazing. But how many of them remains active as of today is very depressing. The quantity is encouraging but the quality is disturbing. I used only the "Free sources". Hence, I am not upset with the result. I keep encouraging all of them regularly with the hope that some of them will become active soon.

You can buy PSAs from SFI through S Builder Co-op or PSAs to Go OR from other ECAs.

Again, there is no guarantee on the quality of Purchased PSAs.

Conclusion:

Place ads. in free sites; See the results and decide. At the same time, buy from SFI through PSAs to go, S-Builder Co-Op, etc. Also, when you require more AVPs to become or retain TL Status, take part in Pricebenders Auctions (Bid and Build). For every 50 TCredits you spend, you will get a PSA. Through all these, you will be able to build your Team. Explore all avenues to build your Team.

For me I prefer to buy first a PSA's.We can't say that when you buy a PSA
you build already your team!what if all of them are not active or they start
their to do list but not doing well?But we don't know what will happen day by day
what if they come back and continue their business! we don't know what will happen.
But comparing the advertising and buying PSA's, it's quite easy to buy first PSA as I
mentioned above because it's have a lot of advantages than advertising.

1.You don't need to wait for your PSA's if you buy then immediately send to your geneology.
2.You have more chance to build your team than advertising.
3.you can accumulate PSA's faster than advertisng.
4.You will earn faster than advertising.
5.And 95% that your goal gonna be achieve.

So don't waste your time if you have enough money to buy
or participate in the auction to have more PSA's.Remember
that we can get 45% share if they will purchase.And my last
advice to you is your very best foundation to build your team
is in your hand.You must be a good leader to all of them.

If you are good in advertising, why not? It would be a waste if such talent is not fully utilised. Afterall, there are many ways this could be done with almost no or minimal investment. If you can afford to buy PSAs, then it is another sure way of getting your PSAs. Or, you could also buy T-credits and participate to win PSAs in PB auctions. So, it is not about which one is best or better compare to the other, but which one works and suits you well.

However, we must always keep in mind that in this business, it is not about having a big team. Success is not measured around how many PSAs you have and can afford to buy. You could probably afford to buy hundreds of PSAs but still ending up "NOT REALLY HAVING A TEAM". Rather, it is about how effective you are in building the team that you have. We can only progress and be successful by effectively building a team of PSAs that are ready to learn, make commitments and efforts and transforming all these into actions that will bring them success. They must also be ready to duplicate the efforts we have shown them. Our own success depends on how successful our team is.

So, get the PSAs in the best way you know and make use of SFI's proven system to build a successful team.

In your first few months, while you are learning about SFI and learning how to advertise, there is nothing wrong with buying PSAs. It is a good way to build your business a little faster.

However, it is important to learn how to advertise. In order to be successful in SFI, you must have duplication. You need a system that your team can duplicate. Based on your two options in building your team, consider the following points:

- Which method suits your time frame in regards to your team building and moving up to the next rank?

- Whichever method you’re going to choose, do you have a budget plan for building your team?

To help you choose the best method in building your team, I’m going to lay down the advantages and disadvantages of both options.

1. Launching your own advertising campaign.
Depending on your allocated time in operating your SFI business, you’ll need to formulate your marketing strategy. It means, not just an advertising campaign, but a marketing campaign that is well researched, well-thought-out and focused on details and execution.

Planning your marketing campaign starts with understanding your position in the marketplace and ends with details such as the wording of an advertisement. As you run your advertisements, you may need to do some fine adjustments. You can measure the performance of your ads by using Hit Tracking and Keycodes. You’ll need to leave room to make changes as you go along because no plan can perfectly capture reality. But you should also be able to commit fully to implementing your plan-or some future version of it, if you want to take a strong step toward growth.

To get the most out of your advertising dollars as well as good results, you’ll need to focus on the details and execution of your marketing plan. It will require considerable amount of time, persistence and commitment on your part, but it pays off in the long run.

2. Purchasing PSAs

Be careful where you purchase your PSAs. You’ll need to do research on how the PSA sellers pre-qualify their leads. What kind of method these sellers are using to generate their leads? Are they targeting the right prospects who are very interested in network marketing or just generating leads of somewhat interest in business opportunity? It may save you time to purchase sign ups from ECAs but acquiring PSAs, who don’t even log in after signing up is a waste of your marketing dollars.

Dear Fatima. That is a very good question! As a business Person, you have to advertise any way, every time and everywhere. Wether you buy PSAs or not, you have to continue advertising your SFI and TripleClicks business yourself and elswhere. All the same, buying PSAs is an excelent method because you get them faster and so you can start working with your Team, throgh buying them, you get VP and come farther with your business and this could be for example a very nice Standing order to recruit PSAs every month and maintain your EA staus.

this is a good question for new members. Team building is primary task in the company. My opinion on this matter is the following - always is better to do your own advertising. There is so many ways to do this. Social networks, free classified adds, pay advertising... It is better to buy Tcredits instead of PSA and make some success on Zebra games or auctions. Than, you could share it with others - your friends, colleagues.... People will come to you by them self. Off course, you could be lucky and buy PSA who are active, but this is a lottery. Advertising is OUR JOB. We should learn about many methods of it and we have help here to do that. Read, learn and advertise. Everywhere you can.Never give up!And good luck!!
