I think they are both good ways that you stated in question as an opportunity for improving their work. You should be doing on a personal advertising because you will generally receive so members of your speaking with whom you communicate a lot easier and easier whom you will help them in their first steps as a large number of them are delicate or very little knowledge of some foreign languages. Of course, buying PSA members there is a real possibility that you will get quality and working members. But I think it's about you and your business better to devote more attention paid ad placement or an auto posters but to rely on the purchase of the members. Yet the greater the chances that it will work someone on SFI attracted access to your ad text rather than someone who is said to someone else, because when that person realizes that it was not your story might be disappointed and even cancel the operation.

Both are okey. But the most important thing in building your team is advertiaing , because when you advertise it is thee you will be able to know how good you are at promoting SFI. If you don't know much about SFI I will advise you read the SFI Basics and the launchpad provided by SFI so that you will have the boldness needed to promote your team through ad.q
Another reason why advertising is the best is because, people whom you tell about SFI are those who knows you and are close to you. Sometimes when you buy PSAs yu don't have the qurantee that individuals who sign up will come back again, despite newsletters which are been sent out to them they don't return back again. But when you advertise by recruiting one on one PSAs they can be moved to become active because they see you and also believed in you .

I think that you can find a lot of answers on similar questions here on ASK SC. It is cheaper, that is for sure and i think it is also better to do your own advertising but on right way in right time on right place on internet. It seems to be simple, but it is not at all, it is skills, science. You will have a lot to learn but when you consider all, I think it is better to do your own advertising.

Both ways are good , but it is important that you adapt to the way you better , do you have time to be asking ads or you just easier to go and buy some associates . The difference simply does not exist , because in both cases you'll have to give them devote all their attention that they would later be active and successful as you are. My opinion is: advertising is the best way because when you buy PSA these is no guarantee that they will continue to work with sfi
But if you have enough experience about advertising then you will create thousands of new PSA under you and there is no limitations of this so advertising is the best way to improve this business

For team building best is doing my own advertising becouse that is your hand made and you will be careful to help them to find right way for progres!
If you by PSAs, you can help them but no wone is garanthed that they wont to work hard!
Your bisiness is your building and you must bild careful and kontinualy on your hand and wili.

Dear Fatima,

Building a team requires sponsoring a big number of PSAs because it’s not easy to get active ones. To get quality PSAs sometimes depend on methods of getting them. Some would say advertising is better than buying while others would say differently. From my experience so far, either from advertising or from buying PSAs, the quality of them not much differs. Actually what make a difference is our creativity in guiding, motivating and communicating with the PSAs.

Anyway, if you choose advertising, you must be ready to provide quite a big amount of time to create and modify your ads so that it will become attractive, find places to advertise whether offline or online and spend some money into it, except if you prefer free advertising spots. Buying advertising package offered by ECAs in TripleClicks is highly suggested because you will not just acquire potential PSAs ( but the number is not guaranteed ) but also you will be rewarded with some MRPs and VPs.

On the other hand, if you buy PSAs offered by TripleClicks, you are surely will get a determined number of PSAs and also you will be accumulating some MRPs, VPs and have a chance to collect points from doing a review.

In conclusion, if you do not have much time doing advertising, it is better to buy PSAs. Otherwise, you do your own free advertising if you want to save money or if you are sure of your capability of getting more PSAs and of good quality.

Thing is how much you willing to apply yourself to each of them?

They are only good! Great! according to how you use them.

There are no gaurantees!

They are only gauranteed according to how hard you work at applying them & how far your willing to push them & where you push them too!

Both require your dedicated time factor!

You have to be persistent with both!

Do your homework & find what's best for you.

Work outside the box!


Open all doors!

Knock down all walls!

Cross ever river!

Cross ever bridge!

Take ever new channel & new avenue too!

Climb ever mountain to the top!

In other words, be open minded, be careful, but forceful & never ever quit!

Its a never ending process!

Stay on top of it!

Have a good schedule & you'll do just find with both!

The most important part it to be willing to have time for them & to be willing to give them time & time for growth!

You can do anything & everything.
