I've learned from my own experiences that it requires major negative drama to create major positive good in your life. To become the best that you can be your mind needs yes's and no's not maybes, confusion, or lack of direction. It needs to know where your actions are going to send you and an inner strength to say no to anything that will hinder you from getting there and to say to anything that will get you there even if that means standing alone.
Most people in this world say no to anything that requires building or strength. Yes going to gym's, yoga, pilates, etc is all promoted and home gyms as well, but that is nothing compared to what it could teach within yourself. If you allowed it too. I know it's taught that if you do it on the outside it'll automatically teach yourself within, but from my personal experience: that's a myth that's completely false. What's on the inside comes out. The End. Who are you?
The more serious about yourself the more serious you will be about your business. Another perspective about serious business builders: not all of them are great teachers. Some require smart students for them to show the world their capabilities and intelligence. I'm one of those so I rely on quality not quantity. It takes longer, but it builds up a better, stronger, healthier business.
