We all would like to have serious business builders in our business and the truth be told, there is only one way to do it right. This is through mentoring one on one. Mentoring one on one doesn't have to be face to face. Typically it is but you can definitely mentor the right person remotely using chat or email. The difference is when you are sitting in the same room with a prospect they can see your body language and feel your vibe more strongly than across remote connections.

That said, I believe your chances of finding five team builders in your neighborhood are 10x more likely than finding them somewhere online. You know your 5 now I'll venture to say. They just don't know about what you have to offer. So get some business cards made up and start talking to people about what you do. This will build your organization a lot faster with solid builders in my humble opinion. Then when your have the first five, your online efforts will have that much more substance to them. In the end, you want to do online and offline marketing.

First of all I check up with the prospect whether he is committed to the SFI.
Next, I will check up with him whether he is interested in investing his time, energies and a bit of money on SFI. In case the answer for the above questions is in the affirmative, then I will proceed as under:

i) He has to in the first place, work on the Affiliate Center to-do items of works, and others there . In this aspect I request him to concentrate on the first five items with in a period of ten days, and either purchase or sell, goods worth of $20. This I will insist on him to become (Fast Track) because there are immense advantagesof becoming Fast Track firstly. Secondly, it lays all desirable foundation for his advancement in SFI.

ii) Simultaneously, he will be guided to Launchpad lessons. A thorough study of these lessons will afford a birds eye view of the gamut of operations in SFI.


iii)Even while he is going through the Launchpad lessons, he will be informed to be in search of at least 3 to 5 individuals just as he is. This is the commencement of building the Network.

iv) He will be informed to visit SFI Forum which is appropriate to get latest news on SFI, discussions on contemporary topics and the different shades of opinions of Affiliates, from P.T.S. to E.As. The intention is after going through all the opinions, views, arguments and discussions, he will be able to form his own opinion on that particular subject/topic.

v) He will be suggested to participate in the different training programs of SFI, directed to go through the reports, reviews etc., to strengthen his knowledge base.

vi) While this on theoretical aspect, he will be encouraged to participate in Price-benders auctions, different games, which add fun and at the same time earn him some TCs to enable him to get involved fully in SFI and its operations. When once he is active with all the above items.,he will be asked to go in for creating his own Blog, hoist one or two ads, and at the same time will be guided to associate himself with social media. This is in order to slowly but steadily increase his team.

Notwithstanding all the above, he will be admonished not to stray away from the daily to-do items of works by visiting consistently and add to his versa points. In the initial stages, if he/she is guided in a systematically, automatically they develop a loyalty and attachment to the Organization (SFI) as by this time he will be tasting the good results of his good practices.

The only way that someone will become serious about SFI and go on to be successful is they must want it as bad as they need to breath.

All you can do is be instrumental in bringing this about. You must be an inspiration to your team. Someone they would desire to emulate. This is why it is so very important to follow the SFI Rules of Success and to lead by example.

If your affiliate is already serious then you will need to continue being supportive in every way.

Communication is key! If you have an affiliate that is asking questions you will need to respond every time and be spot on with your answers. How often have you used this ? gotten a response back without your question being answered? You already know how frustrating this can be. Don't be instrumental in causing emotional upsets. You don't want to see someone on your team becoming disgruntled and leaving SFI as a result.

Produce a newsletter that covers a host or reasons why people quit and make a strong case to dispel each of them from their thinking. Get a collection of the hottest, informative business building content and inspirational posts saved to an email draft. Use these in your stream posts and weekly team mailings.

Don't live in a copy & pasted world. Participate in answering Ask SC questions. Work hard on becoming a Top Author in Ask SC. This is a great way to develop your writing skills and your own content.

The essence of Leadership is very much indicated in the actions of the Leader, if you show your affiliates how very serious you are by due diligence, then all they have to follow is your example. The real challenge however, is the fact that many affiliates expect to get rich quick, therefore you have to very early remove that myth and point them in the direction of goal setting, and working towards achieving those goals.
If the multiplicity and duplicity of your actions are consistent and you carefully choose your team mail or communication to inform them, then there maybe a more positive response. You cannot overwhelm with to much information, but you can impress by repeated action, positive action that would in time reap you the rewards that surely they would want to reap also. Lead strongly by example.

The key to achieving that affiliates are really serious is presenting this business as it is.
If members knows the basics of this business clearly and from the beginning and they have the clear picture, I assure you that this will draw its conclusions and work with confidence.

But the truth is that since someone start in this business, have a blurred vision.
At first people think that this is a Ponzi scheme.

The first thing that concerns a mere mortal is: why Do I have to invest money month after month to earn the VersaPoints that I need to reach my level in a product I do not know and I do not need without receiving a penny from profitability knowing that when finished the month you'll have to re-invest without you repay the money that I spent the last month?

And even more, and more questions ....

At first, Some of them told me that this business appears to be a real scam, but when they have the answer to that questions, they can take a decision and take off.

The majority of people do not like to read and study and that is a very important requirement in this business.

We have to ask our affiliates to develop the habit of reading threads from our forum.
There they will meet many successful leaders, the upcoming leaders, and the real people from various levels.
They will get motivated, encouraged, empowered.

We need to ask them to read and focus their plan as per the plan.

We need to monitor seeing their VP ledger from the Movers tab. Point out where they need to gain VPs. What they need to do to meet out the current month’s challenge or requirement. We need to monitor other team members also and give them tips to move forward. When you see that they’ve accomplished the tasks you’ve asked them to, send them an appreciation, thanking mail and encourage them.

We need to insist them to promote TripleClicks products, online and offline.
We need to ask them to read answers by experts at ASK SC, to get knowledge.
We need to ask them to read articles at training tab from the SFI home page.
They have to read internet income lessons. Implement the techniques, boost the business and build a serious and strong business.

You can't guarantee that anyone you sign up will become serious. The only thing you can do is try to lead by example.

By being a serious business builder yourself and showing your team and prospects that you are working hard and that you are reaping the rewards of the hard work!

Display your badges with pride so that your downline can see how serious you are.

Send weekly mailers detailing ways they can become more successful and also what you yourself have done to reach the goals you have set for yourself.

Work closely with your movers and encourage generating both sales and actions!

Basically it's all up to the affiliate, but you can do your best to steer them in the right direction by heading that way yourself!

There have been times when I see "movers" and other times I don't see them listed. When it shows that it's been a few days since a PSA or CSA has not been logging in daily, I send them an email. Sometimes I see them listed shortly after I have encouraged them to do that.

Not too long ago, I sent emails to two movers who were not listed and they both came back on the mover's tab.

When I see that that they have come back after being absent, I send a Team Mail welcoming them back and thanking them for continuing in their SFI business and adventure and I always encourage them to ask questions.

Hello everybody..

unfortunately we cannot make people do anything..
We can only set the example and give them some guidelines and hope they will follow..

The biggest problem I see is that new PSAs do not see "the BIG picture" yet..
So if there is any way you can teach / show your PSAs the FULL potential of duplication in combination with time, then your affiliates will be more serious..

If they get the idea of "working now and get paid forever after" then it is going to be a lot easier..

The best that we can do to make our affiliates become a serious business builders in SFI is to motivate and inspire them to seriously treat this business.

Motivate them in such a way that they can sense the business is for real. Give information about the organization behind the business, their track record. For myself I got motivated to work regularly with SFI is the system (the set up of SFI being the affiliate producer with TripleClicks as the affiliate store and income producer)we affiliates can enjoy from the wide range of products and benefiting from its income.

The symbiotic relationship of SFI and TripleClicks can make an affiliate think twice and decide to make it serious.Show them the earnings calculator wherein their potential income depends on how is duplication work down the line.

The best of them all is practice what you teach. Showing them that you were doing the things that you wanted them to do.
