How do you motivate your downline to spend money monthly to maintain EA status without sounding greedy?

Deposits without Withdrawal sounds unfair and greedy, downline has to be taught a few approach to handling SFI business here, they should know that...

The monthly investment isn't really too much.

There's also a percentage return of invested amount (in multiples) if one understands the great positivity of the duplication practical.

It explains that the nearest future thousands of dollars in view isn't any payment outside the effort one has put.

Is it worthwhile to sponsor affiliates who speak little English or have very limited computer/Internet experience?

By default, outside one's interest, sponsored Affiliates are automatically awarded, either in Executive Affiliate re-qualification (EA2) or by auction bidding that attracts automatically assigned PSAs, there's no restriction to sponsorship of Affiliates as the barrier of communication is reduced to the bearest minimum with the provision of Translator. This has been dully taken care of.

Affiliates with limited computer/internet experience too are worthwhile to be sponsored as every provision

Applicable to virtually 60-70% of starters ( my opinion though), without active team members.

The truth is, this is happening on a regular and unpredictable basis. But what is evident is, having studied the whole programme set-up and concluded its real, its enough to convince anyone to hold on.

There are many active ways to remain relevant in SFI not minding the non-rewarding outcome at a particular point in time as there are no legitimate business without its challenges.

Team building requires all that one could possibly partake in doing simultaneously

This means, doing own advertising, buying PSAs all contribute to the success in view.

There is neither any "game speed", set by SFI nor "game pattern" set, so, at one's convenience, the business growth is solely pre-determined.

There are times one could desperately want the target met, in such cases, no one is a favourite over the other, but all become integral

When starting out in SFI, it is better to invest in an EA-qualifying purchase as one's initial target of progress is tied more to qalifying purchases, even though, advertising has prominent roles to play in team development and formation, but its attachment to one's starting success isnt as cohesive as with EA- qualifying purchase which ensures good grip of the business and quick advancement. Advertising may take some time to surface with its juicy outcomes but cant be relied upon for that "starting"

Affiliates' initial response contributes some percentage of skill identification.

A conspicuous move-trend is evident in actions displayed and speed of expedition

Affiliates' track recorder ( Affiliates Badges), give an almost perfect picture of Affiliates skills, its easily accessible as one can view performances in various ways the Badges reveal. These contribute to a large extent in the discovery of Affiliates' overall input that reveal areas in which assistance is needed.

When thinking "cold calling", few number of determinants should guide.

Unknown Prospects (Most cases)
Cost
Affordability
Ratio of billing to others

Traffic per call is one person at a time, compared to massive internet generated traffics

If just very few PSAs emerge from huge advertisements reaching hundreds, thousands and millions, then, cold calling attracting new PSAs might take some decades to yield.

PSA's Affiliate Profile can be used to help get him or her off to a good start and become successful in SFI by total comprehension of the contents of the Profile.

Identification of PSAs' drive/ self motivation is vital, after few minutes of interaction, one would have a likely picture of who the PSA is, its on this that one begins,

Its really good to advance fast but it all depends on the knowledge acquired about the PSA. If the PSA has been someone vast in internet marketing, who can really generate lots of traffic to move his business, there's no need to hide the truth about benefits he stands to gain in the speed.
