By yourself, you cannot provide personalized attention for everyone.

If you have a large active downline, my suggestion to you is to use your leaders within your team. Together you can provide personalized attention for all your affiliates.

I suggest you identify those with leadership skills and reassign affiliates to them. (Just because an affiliate is a BTL does not make him a leader) Use the Reassignment Tool and reassign affiliates to appropriate leaders. You can use geographical

This is a very interesting question and also a great position to be in.
It is one where any team leader would hope to be in considering the rewards that this could bring. It however, can be a very demanding undertaking.
.
Since everyone is active it would be easy to use the PSA and CSA Mailers, whereby all Team members can be reached at the same time. That will cater for the weekly mailing.

Another good way to communicate to such an active group is through a weekly News

Great question Sharon,
I believe that’s why we need to build a team and many team leaders
As much as we can, when you expand yourself to wide it will be hard to
Manage Since you are operating by yourself.

But it is recommended to have 5 wide then go 5 wide deep as much as you
Can to 12 generations.
Then add few more wide after that and do the process again,
by then you will know all the tricks.

When you have your 5 active members, it is a good

Managing a large active downline could pose a big challenge for Team Leaders. SFI always emphasize that do not purchase PSAs if you’re not willing to provide quality support. As a sponsor of your new affiliates, you’re responsible for actively supporting them. Providing quality support to a large, active downline will be insurmountable and overwhelming.

I have around thousands of affiliates in my downline. Around 95 percent are inactive. Two percent are fully active and the rest are

This is very timely question. I am glad you asked.

The nice thing about the SFI system is you do not need to manage your whole downline and, if you are you are, you actually are not duplicating what the successful leaders are doing. For me, for example, there is no way I could manage 12000 people effectively. The nice thing about it is I don't have too nor would I want to.

Remember the basic SFI model.

*Become and remain an EA2 or Team Leader.
*Find 3-5 PSAs

Always, Always, and Always again, be sure that you send Ecards to everyone for any accomplishment, win or even for logging in. These build confidence in you and re-pore'.

Tell some personal stories that pertain to SFI in a fan page in Facebook. Invite all of your members to join Facebook and any other social media you are involved in yourself. Use these mediums to broadcast your success.

Write your weekly newsletters and acknowledge any accomplishment that anyone of your team

Great question!

A large active downline can easily be managed by first being organized. Using social media in our era has come to help a lot of Team Leaders in managing large downlines. For instance the use of hung up, skype video calls, facebook and other social media channels easily personalize interactions with affiliates.

You may not have all the time to solve each and everyone's problem all at once. You can let affiliates book appointment with you on times mutually convenient

Well,
We can provide attention or manage them through -

1. PSA/CSA/Group Mail - once a week
2. look at Movers tab to find who is online now and chat with them
3. One mid-week letter from personal mail box
4. inspirational tips through Stream post
5. You can manage them also through your Blog
6. You also can able to provide them attention, easily through net call/ vdo chat/ online
conference - you can do a meeting with them in every week with

If you've got a large, active downline--the keyword being *active*--the majority of this is taking care of itself. However, when it comes to attention and providing the additional value that makes you an "awesome sponsor," there are essentially three items to consider:

1) Keeping the line of communications open: setting up your own blog or forum can be handy, and if you have people that use Skype, that gives you the ability to give personal attention or, if there's interest

This is a really good question. The answer will be different for everyone. It depends on whether or not you have Team Leaders with their own large downline, how many first line PSAs you have who are Team Leaders or EA2s etc.

Personally I have a huge downline. The most active ones are PSAs level two and down and CSAs. The reason is that I help everyone as personally as possible. ECards are very useful. I copy and paste welcome letters and training to new affiliates, and for other things,
