Since everyone is active it would be easy to use the PSA and CSA Mailers, whereby all Team members can be reached at the same time. That will cater for the weekly mailing.
Another good way to communicate to such an active group is through a weekly News letter. Here the opportunity to deal with the various issues that confront your team can be highlighted and discussed.
Finally,the use of E-Cards and personal emails should be used to address the personalised situations. This would ensure that each team member remain in contact with the Team Leader and is made to feel that he/she is a valuable member of the team.
It means that one will have to make the necessary sacrifice of time to ensure that the communication lines stay in tact for all of the above to be a realty. An alternative to the above can be to reassign some of the active downline to several of the more dedicated team members who must be monitored to ensure that all the members remain active.
