The important thing about promoting the New Member Pack is first for the person to know what the pack contains. Secondly, you should let them know the value of each of the item and how everyone can be used to boost and grow the business. You would also show what the real cost would have been if these items were purchased otherwise.
In other words you are letting the person know what a powerful tool you are putting in their hand and if wisely utilized the overall benefit that it would bring to

Because a team is a group of individuals committed to a common cause and united in doing so, it is necessary to have a united effort to reach all its members at the same time.
At SFI, a team consists of several different categories of affiliates but nonetheless they are all suppose to be working towards the same goals. Thus all communication to the team should reach each member at the same time.
As such PSA and CSA Mailers are the appropriate sources of communication to ensure that all

This is a situation that most of us faces and thus it is a very good question.
From my personal experience, I have been making every effort to stay in contact with both my PSAs and CSAs and even been trying to convince them.
One must understand that every individual is different and therefore this accounts for the varying responses that you get from your PSAs and CSAs. It is also clear that each PSA and CSA has different work ethics and had different expectations when joining this business.

This is a very interesting question and also a great position to be in.
It is one where any team leader would hope to be in considering the rewards that this could bring. It however, can be a very demanding undertaking.
.
Since everyone is active it would be easy to use the PSA and CSA Mailers, whereby all Team members can be reached at the same time. That will cater for the weekly mailing.

Another good way to communicate to such an active group is through a weekly News

I want to recruit only SERIOUS affiliates. What should I tell prospects about SFI to ensure this?

There is a saying that "you shall know the truth, the truth shall set you free". This is applicable here because if many of the affiliates knew the truth, they would not have joined SFI.
To recruit only serious affiliates, 'the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth' should be told to them. This means that prospects should be told that:
i) this is a business that requires their sacrifice of time and money, as is
required of any other business.
ii)

If you already have your five future PTLs identified (per THE PLAN), should you keep developing more first-level stars?

It should be noted that the amount of five future PTLs was used as a base for promotion but there is nothing which says that you have to stop there.
If for example, you stop at the five, what happens if you unfortunately lose two?
If one has the time and capacity to train ten future PTLs, he/she is free to do so. In other words, there is no restriction on any Team leader in this regards. Feel free therefore to use your capabilities to create as many future PTLs as possible.

What would be a better goal and why? Sponsor hundreds of new PSAs every year or teach a smaller number of EAs to each develop EAs themselves?

Because there are no fees paid to join SFI the number of individuals we will get as PSAs are huge. Each of these individuals has an interest in the business but many after starting either do not see the big picture or just do not have the time to move on. The fact no one is automatically dismissed for not being active within a short while, leaving sponsors/co-sponsors in a quandary especially when they have a large amount of inactive PSAs,CSAs.

Option 1 - concentrate on your small number
