Hallo dear, this is a question many of us ask. First of all, I believe we really all have to commit ourselves 100% to SFI Business. Second, Keep in touch with your Team, tell them what benefits you most, how you do it best, let them see your success, have a good leaders page where they can read about you, Support them where necesary. Encourage them to learn because the best education for this business is written down here for all of us. Answer their qustions if any asked. All we can do is continue

Very good Question
I can say there are different ways like

1. Keep in touch with PSA every day minimum 10-12 times
2. Encourage them for long term goal
3. Share success in SFI with them
4. Keep motivate them for do daily actions
5. Moral up and Make PSA to feel supportive
6. Ask them new query about SFI web site mapping
7. Answer PSA about their questions in their mind
8. Every day discuss there goal and vision
9. Ask PSA for tripleclicks

That's a very good question.
PSAs can fall under different categories.
There are those you personally sponsor them and are familiar to you
There are those you win through bids
There are those you also obtain through your own advertising strategies, etc
Any of those categories can be handled differently depending on how you are familiar to them
But the general way of getting them to commit is your own personal growth
Lead by example and keep encouraging them.

You can not get anyone to do something they do not want to do. The idea is to show them the value. Give them the why and show the the how. People who have an affinity for SFI are looking to make money working from home or in their spare time. Give the proofs that SFI pays. You don't have to make wild income claims or show pay statements. All you have to do is give them the simple math. You earn 45% of the commission volume you generate period. Generate $100 in CV and earn $45 or generate $1000

This is very good question.....I think all new affiliates think about how to get new PSA to commit to SFI?
As you purchase S-Builder Co-Op and other promotional advertisement over internet helps to get several new PSA,but we see that 80-90% of your down line members are inactive why?
You can do the following steps to commit them and work regularly with SFI.
1) Let them know basics of SFI.
2) How much they can earn through SFI.
3) Method and benefit of duplication.

This has been the most difficult challenge for me. Some members seem to do very well recruiting and getting the PSA's to commit. It seems to be a combination of factors that lead to success. Here is a list I have complied for myself to try and achieve this goal.

1. Do advertising that gives you a better way to succeed. If you can possibly afford some paid ads, the people who respond to them seem to commit better.

The best way to commit new PSAs is to regularly inform and motivate them through team mail,individual messages, postcards.. share with them our enthusiasm, our successes and results,our happiness with this amazing business we all are in. Enthusiasm is contagious, it stimulate to action and progress.
If they feel our joy and positive attitude, see all our badges and our successes, if we regularly inform them about the news and changing that comes, if we encourage them.. they will feel always

The way you get new PSA's to commit is to lead by example.
This means that you yourself should be committed to SFI.
Transfer your commitment and enthusiasm to your Team. Show them how you have benefited from SFI. Tell them your story and let them know you will help and support them the best you can.

Keep in close contact with them in the very early stages by send out Tips and weekly messages of encouragement.


Get them excited by showing them the compensation

When someone shows up to your signup page they are taking the first step to building thier SFI Business. Your job is to guide them thru thier Online Training. Try to make contact by email and ask them to add thier phone number to the SFI Account to give them better one on one support. This really works well for me. When you meet someone that shows interest in working with you, always get thier contact information.
This will show them you are there to help them.
