Hi,
Here SFI have many tools like SFI leadership chat box and stream post,CSAs,PSAs mailer,E-cards etc. some time is your team member offline.
so in my opinion whited listed e-mail is most effective communication tools,just you can send message by CSAs,PSAs mail but many of them not logging on at a time.

dear most effective way to communicate with your team is genealogy it is very easier to conduct every body same time on one time typing. It saves your time and work. You can guide all the members same time. Your message reach quickly.
Your message is very important to all the member it will give improve and well training and good teaching those.
face book is second media it will reach the nonmember of sfi and inducing to joined sfi.

The main reason is the geographic nature. Quality communication needs mutual willingness to cooperate, we are giving our guidelines PSA and CSA and those who accept our instructions on how to achieve this plan.Most of us are in SFI for fulfilling the set plan and that is to improve the quality of their lives, their family, partners, and our total SFI .........

How to communicate with your team members, good question, my answer and also my way of communication would be: a message via SFI, e mail, as well as skjpe .... if you're from the same city can be heard by telephone, as well as organize the gathering and exchange of opinions ...

Genealogoly and CSA and PSA mailer. I think if you have active and good want to work members you can communicate with them by personal way like social network or via skype. Better way to follow all of them personaly in genealogy clicking their points and in this way you can see what do they do so you can give them personal help and in this case is better the personal communication. CSA and PSA mailer is better for common information and communication.

In my point of view about this question, most effective way to communicate with our team is using direct email message by our own personnel email account within network.

Because, sometime, I have difficults to log in into SFI account ,due to internet connection situations.

As per my experience FORUM is good one to gohead!!!!!!!!
It is easier to communicate your passion and how you feel to your team via open meetings. In this kind of forum, they will not only hear what you are saying, they will also see and feel it. This approach still remains one of the best approaches to communicate effectively with a team.

When you have team so you should communicate to your team throw the SFI chat or Team mail
This is a best and correct way to communicate to your down line team. when is someone online
use SFI chat and communicate with that person ask him if you have any question.
