Genealogoly and CSA and PSA mailer. I think if you have active and good want to work members you can communicate with them by personal way like social network or via skype. Better way to follow all of them personaly in genealogy clicking their points and in this way you can see what do they do so you can give them personal help and in this case is better the personal communication. CSA and PSA mailer is better for common information and communication.

YOu send PSA and CSA mailer every week and you can see your genealogy who is active and who no.
Active members will accept all of your help and in my opinion that you can communicate with them also private way like message center or by skype maybe social network.
Inactive members maybe delete your messages but may they read. If they read the day can come when they reactivate theirselfes. So I think preferably help it couldn't be too much.

If you would like to be sure your e-mail will be arrived you must signed the option you will ask confirmation of the receiver. In this case in the most case you will get confirmation from the receiver.

You will ask confirmation directly from recaiver of the CSAs and PSAs like " I would like to know if my letter is arrived. Please let me know you read. Thank you" . Hopefully you will get answer and you make sure if your e-mail message is arrived.
