The best way to communicate to your team is all dependent on results. any method of communication that does not yield the desire result is not the best one. i hope you will agree with me on that.
so to get the best communication is to identify also, the one that they can easily understand and at the same time be able to reach you. if your communication does not revolve in this, then your purpose of communication is zero.
Thirdly, you should know also at your finger tips the various communication that there are and which one will suit your team and what are they?
1. Whatsapp
2. Skype
3 The Social Media
4. Phone Number
5. Emails
6. Instant Message just to mention a few.
Now it is left for you to know which one of the above is accessible by your team members. how many of them have the above facilities.
if 80% uses one of the above more, then i'l advice you to go to center on that. i use that principle a lot and it works for me and what will i recommend? i will recommend the Social media. why? because, most of your team members have friends that they will love to reach out too especially on facebook. why facebook? because Facebook has so upgraded 95% of most phones to be able to browse their page, this will give you phantom opportunities to reach out to your team.
i have over 90 PSAs and i reach most of them through this way and i am having great results.
Also, some of your team members may not open their emails for a while and may not have opportunities to have access to skype and whatapps so if you have important message to them, how do they access it in their emails if you don't reach them through this way. i realize that am able to talk to most of my team members this way and letting them know about the emails i have sent to them, most replied sharing their present challenges in the business to me and am able to help them.
so go for the social media communication especially facebook. 95.5% of your team members will be there and they will be very happy that you cared enough to reach out to them through this medium.

The most effective way to communicate with your team is to "get into their shoes" as much as you can:

1)For newly assigned and reassigned affiliates that are seemingly active in SFI you let them talk first;
-spend as much time online in SFI as you possibly can to leave them the impression that you are a very busy and responsible affilate and available at (almost) any time,do this a couple of days;
-let them contact you first and if they don't do that in a couple of days then ask them if they need help and state that you are there for them if they need help around SFI and TripleClicks;

2)For those in your team that are affilates for a month or more:
-you can create some rules that should be able to benefit eachother and discuss ways of profiting that you and your team can be able to follow;
-do not spoil your team,you want to help your affilates not "carry" them;

In short,it's up to you to create a healthy business relationship between you and your team.

Hello,

We can communicate with our team in many ways, The effective ways are given as below

The SFI IM chat: If our team mate is online, we can find them in movers tab then start a chat!
The Team Mail: we can sent team mails to our team!
If the team member mail id shows in green color then it is good to send them a regular mail
If the team member provides phone number we can call them.

Send them a team and ask them to send their social media account id stating that you want to contact them trough social media if they are unavailable in SFI.

In my opinion SFI IM chat and Phone calls are provide most effective communication.
We get quick replies and no more waiting for reply for e-mails which we sent.

From my perspective, I will suggest that you create an email list for them. Regularly be in communication via email because that is still the most effective method based on time difference and physical distance.

Another approach is Skype or other instant messaging platform. Moreover, SFI has some built-in chat application also. Let them be placed in your priority list as your success is majorly tied to them.

Once in a while, you can also place a phone call across to them, just for a little chit-chat. It creates the assurance that you are a human and not some abstract entity. Don't always discuss making money alone with them, get to know about their family, health status, finances and work

If you have some of your affiliates who live in the vicinity of your home, and they are known to you personally, the best way to communicate with them is through telephone. You can also hold one-to-one meetings or tete-a-tete with them very often. You may also do group meetings off and on over a cup of coffee and discuss about important aspects of business in the common arena. Hand outs if available will benefit. In this context, I remember having distributed 20 TripleClicks Wave3 member cards to my friends last week.Pictures, handouts and cards speak volumes of the business community where text and lip movements alone won’t suffice.
If the affiliates are hailing from far-flung regions inside or outside your country, the best way to communicate with them is through personalized Emails or better by holding video- chatting if that is possible. If video-chatting is not possible, a photo uploaded at both ends will be very effective with text chatting.
In addition to both the aforementioned modes of communication, you may make use of E cards of different types available at SFI or even videos.
To cap it all, I feel that personalized Email is the most effective mode of communication taking into account convenience, distance and financial implications.
A serious constraint in this regard is the linguistic and cultural barriers to communication. If you are a polyglot, it will invariably be handy.

Because a team is a group of individuals committed to a common cause and united in doing so, it is necessary to have a united effort to reach all its members at the same time.
At SFI, a team consists of several different categories of affiliates but nonetheless they are all suppose to be working towards the same goals. Thus all communication to the team should reach each member at the same time.
As such PSA and CSA Mailers are the appropriate sources of communication to ensure that all team members are met at the same time with messages from the Team Leader.
Of course individual emails can be used by Team Leaders to instruct several members on specific issues. However, when it comes to communicating with the team, the PSA and CSA Mailers are the way to go.

The most effective means of communicating with your team is to communicate with them on their level. If you are talking too much about the business you will lose your team. The reason is simple. They are new to internet marketing in most cases and they don't know you well enough to trust your recommendations. So communicate with your team like you would an person that you just met. Get to know them. Get to understand why they are in SFI. Find out what their dreams are and goals. Using email, phone, or skype, or Google Hangouts is not going to be productive if you just talk over their heads about the business. Use what method they make available to you and relax. Be yourself and speak candidly with them about anything. Always be available by being actively involved in assisting your team in anyway you can reasonably.

Everybody aims to be happy. Happiness is when you wake up and believe that SFI has provided the money for you to spend on anything of your choice, then you have success. For your success proper knowledge and a great team is needed. Great team must be a good team and it is when there is a good communication skill and leadership. Improve your communication skill and be a leader.
There are two ways to communicate with your team .Direct and Indirect
Direct way physically you Meet and invite people to jointly explore and develop the business opportunities through the SFI system .This is depending on your knowledge how to give presentation and how they understand.
Indirect way you Meet and invite people through E-mail, hand phone number, advertisement ,E-cards etc..
But in both case most important is response.
If response comes, try to build good relation like a friend. Give support, encourage to them and solve their doubts. Most of the time they give up because they don't know what to do next, so give the proper knowledge of Success and lead them. Meet and invite people to jointly explore and develop the business opportunities through the SFI system. Do it with confidence and patience. Keep communicating with your team once a week.

This is one great question to ponder about. Thank you for your question and I think I am going to learn through your questions with some great answers.
By your team means both your up line members and down line members.
I have been communicating with my team by way of sending messages through T-Mail,E-Card and at times through my e-mail. Sometimes through my E-Mail I am told that the address I am mailing to is not found. So I'd still send through T-Mail and E-Card even use chat when it is yellow. Sometimes I give them my e-mail address for them to communicate with me however only for the very few (I mean from my down line)I do not see any constructive response even as to logging in daily. My up line communication is just great.

Logging in daily and doing the task on the To-Do-List is the best communication between your team members whether it be your up line members or the down line members.
Being a good example to be followed by those around.
As I follow my up line, how do I do that - I check out the number of badges they have, I check out their leadership pages I do spy on their work you know, it inspires me and this is a good thing to do that is why leaders are there to be followed. And of course I communicate with my Sponsor and some times my Co-Sponsor. And if opportunity arise I will dare to communicate with others in the fold even it be the President of SFI I'd do it. This is called success. We must be bold and persistent to be successful, right.But of course we have to use discretion here and do our own work as well as we can.We may not reach to their level or even may but we can do all it takes to try.

To answer your question the most effective way to communicate with your team is as Nike Says "JUST DO IT" meaning log in daily and do your task at SFI and gather as many versa points possible and badges and status, and all the perks and payouts.
I do as they (up line) do - Duplication - my wish is that my down line members will do as I do and even more so. Most effective way is being a good example. Gery Carson our founder and President is a great example through his work we can also succeed and there are many others up coming successful leaders right here in SFI. Duplication is a great way of communication!
