people measure success in different ways, but most of us are in SFI for one reason and one reason only is to earn an income ,so If you are not good at approaching people face to face, here is some tips to improve :-
1. Knowledge is the key of success, Everyday Read, learn, do.
2. Take the time to understand concepts . When we read the Launch pad lessons, we should take the time to understand them and implement them, not just rush through the lessons to the next steps. We should take the time to develop skills in an area we do not fully understand until we are ready to move on to the next step; basically build a foundation to move on to build our own success.
3. Make a list of yours family, friends, relatives, near and dear..etc
4. Collect mail-id more and more for advertise.
5. Advertise your business everyday through mail , face book , twitter..etc
6. Build a blog and blog about your business
7. Always track your advertising methods. This way you know which advertising methods are working and which ones are not.
After following this approach people face to face and try your level best to convince them and explain the benefits and perks they are about to earn from SFI in more future.

Everybody aims to be happy. Happiness is when you wake up and believe that SFI has provided the money for you to spend on anything of your choice, then you have success. For your success proper knowledge and a great team is needed. Great team must be a good team and it is when there is a good communication skill and leadership. Improve your communication skill and be a leader.
There are two ways to communicate with your team .Direct and Indirect
Direct way physically you Meet and invite people to jointly explore and develop the business opportunities through the SFI system .This is depending on your knowledge how to give presentation and how they understand.

But in both case most important is response.

Which is the combination of PSA and CSA in your team. IT is not good to say which is better because both PSA and CSA are most important for this business. Both have their separate importance in this business .

Only few difference between PSA and CSA is about your direct commission .From PSA you will get 45% and from CSA you will get 15%.CSA are the additional source of income .if you have a large no of CSA and if they are working then you are profitable and same in PSA also .So don’t see the % of PSA and CSA , Build a large no of PSA and CSA .Both will helpful to success .IT is depending on your communicating ,training ,supporting, and encouraging them . Try your level best to show the path of success. If this will happen definately success will come.
