In order to find those "Diamonds in the rough" that want to work hard in this business, you must sponsor several PSAs. So keep sponsoring but take time to be a great sponsor to those you have and build them up.
Each new PSA has the potential to become a strong member of your team. The best leaders show by example what works. That is what the duplication is all about in SFI.

This is the hard part, however doing it is like the old say, practice makes perfect and eventually before we know it, we are doing it effortlessly.
My advice is to focus on the PSA's that are movers and teach them everything they need to know, some will need this, others will not.

Hi My opinion would be to Sponsor hundreds of new PSAs for a year, and then I myself would work on the EA's. That way you have sure footing with an already growing business and affiliates bringing in their team. They will be earning you an income as well.
Most of them may get into becoming an EA as well, selling things online and you could profit from that!
A small, rock-solid group of EAs can do amazing things for your business. But to find them, we must sign up hundreds, if not thousands of PSAs to find those who really want to have financial freedom. Everybody says they do, but very few are actually willing to put in the time and effort needed to succeed in this business. The gems are out there...but you have to turn a lot of rocks to find them.

If you sponsor hundreds of new PSAs every year I don`t think that you will have enough time to help them when they need you and they will finally not work anymore. If you only sponsor them and you don`t help them you don`t have any benefits. It`s like you didn`t really have them affiliates.

It is always better to work with less active than EA2 members with new members who quit after a certain time. But of course do not need to ever hold a small number of members EA2, your team needs to grow. And you learn each of your members to become BTL STL GTL PTL and that does not linger long on EA2 but to thrive in their team building to your members so you do the same with njima.Jer duplication and increasing your earnings. Well my opinion is not to hurry at the first time..first of all you must learn this job very well..beacouse you will had to teach somebody tomorow..If you dont know this job good..some of them will go away...It is much better to sponzored smaller number for expl. 10 of them..and teach them good...that is the good way..I think..qoulity is better than quantity...
