Answer the question. With the question " do you want your team to make you money ?"
Your affiliate will always answer yes to this, that opens up the doors to your fast track pitch !.
Sound excited about it, tell them all the benefits it brings to them and explain that all these benefits are DOUBLED if they get their team to also join. Fast track is like an SFI engine upgrade... More horsepower!

What's the best way to build a profitable SFI business using S-Builder Co-op?

My answer to this would be ADVERTISE ADVERTISE ADVERTISE!
Copy and paste your co-op link everywhere you go! Get your team to do the same, it is called a co-op, a chance for all of you to work together and build one team which you all can profit from. My advise would be to build a website and drive as much traffic through it as possible.
You can all invest in the website and traffic and eventually make it a success with flowing signups every day which you all share in.
Should I put my CSAs into the new CSA Exchange? If yes...or no...explain why.

Ok i will be totally honest here and simple :
if your CSA are doing well and earning you a steady income, even if it is small, but its consistent then no why should you ? Even if you cannot understand them they are still generating you an income. Praise these people don't get rid of them, you can communicate easily using the following tool :

If you have all inactive CSA then yes you should enter them and maybe have more joy with your local CSA. The advantage to to having local CSA is you can organise events, host your own seminar even! why not!

I would personally say S-builder, it gives the most active affiliates I find and not only that but it opens up the most powerful partnership with your PSA ... S builder co-op! So not only are you building your team for yourself but you are also growing your teams too. This keeps them interested in the business , happy with their sponsor and gives them hope, recommend that they also do S-builder and you can be building your income on many levels.
To sum up :
S-Builder - Start Co-op - add your most loyal PSA/CSA - send them email saying you have done this for them and recommend they do the same using same key code.

Good question !
SFI may have its online store Tripleclicks but this doesn't mean you have to have a computer 24/7 to promote it. You can get the SFI business cards sent to you to hand out to prospective affiliates. Check out the 'Marketing tabs' for stratergies on how you can recruit PSA through print works ( without using the computer ).
Print out all your materials, business cards, posters or set up an autoresponder so that all is done and you don't need to access the computer as often. You can even promote as you drive by joining Wave3 and you get a car sticker to place on your car with your own personal link.

There are also wearables .. yes you can wear a Tshirt sporting the SFI Logo I'm sure someone will ask you about it and BOOM! there you go communication without a computer :)

How can I best utilize my monthly Standing Order of TCredits?

When you have a standing order try not to use auto bidder for the first few months. Instead just wait till you see the auction start to hit the going once timer. Always bid on more tokens and use as little as possible this way you are building your tokens up and end of month you get topped up again... Once you reach at least 1000 tokens then hey it's time to win some big auctions ! Utilise these tokens to bid on some big PSA or CSA auctions.
It will be worth the wait
Is it wise to 'bribe' your downline with Gift Certificates, TCredits or other incentives? Or does this practice come back and bite you?

I do a monthly incentive plan:
offer your team
5 affiliates for reaching EA
10 for TL
and offer them support on how to achieve this.
This will show you care for your team you are a great leader and care for your 'TEAM business"
You are building a business so you want quality hard working team.... would you bribe a builder to use cheaper bricks?

Explain to them that its all about team building.... a small flame creates little heat. Remember all your downlines are thinking exactly the same as you, so get in touch with each other and formulate a plan on how you can ALL duplicate. Make the team bigger.
Suggest S-Builder co-op to them
Create your own co-op and everyone in team put some money in each... then use the "pot" to buy more members to your team
REPEAT

Good question....
There are a few ways of looking at this but the easiest answer is ONE.
You need just one good PSA who is active and strives to do their best just as you do... they become your business partner. They build a team of their own and then they also find that good egg which becomes another business partner to you.
REMEMBER: SFI builds your team for you once you get these couple of active PSA because once they become team leaders they are recieveing 100s of CSA themselves so you earn off any VP that is generated to your PSA.
NOW...to become super successful go wild and get 100 active PSA with active PSA in their team.... this can earn a FIVE FIGURE INCOME.

Always Log in to SFI and complete you To-do list
This will give you 11VP per day ok so for total 30 days
11 X 30 =330
2.
Do weekly action at every week you will get
30VP- send message(boost up your Down line) Genealogy
5VP- For reviewing your TConnect page
3VP- For submitting a Stream post
Total 30+3+5=38 for 1 week
So in month 38 X 4= 152VP
3.
Place a standing order - recommended is 125 tokens this will give you 1500 points immediatly!
Just these steps will give you near to 2000 points which is enough for team leader status with you your auction bidding.
