Well, I think that yuo must be at yuor office every day..That is the way, that you are going to start learning...with learning yuo are going to open windows in yuor had...than you can have idea which way to go..seeling buying, or to make a team..My opinion is that the team is the best way to go forword...But also if you dont learn ..you wont go far..beacouse most of us dont know much about PC..exept to play games...lots of people dont know anything about marketink...So TO DOthis job ..learning is basic...
We also have problem with motivation..Lots of people dont work..they dont have enough patients for this kind of job..they wont to see somebody who did it...they just dont bealieve enough..And they give up...Well ..There is motivations trining inside of Sfi..Just read...Build yuorself in to strong person...Earn and be proud on yuorself...The easyest way is to give up...Yuo have great job...just do it..move yuorself inside...This job need time, it doesnt work over night..

Is it worth it to keep sending supportive emails to PSAs and CSAs who have 0 VP and been inactive for weeks or months?

Thanks for the question..This is very good subject.my opinion is that we must try to help people, who join SFI..Once a week it is enough...Sending motivated text..We have a fantastic job..they dont know that..they are confused, maybe they dont have our trust in this kind of job..We must have consider to other people..sometimes they wake up and start to work..Dont push but from time to time try...And always be polite..cincerely
Which is better to pursue...CSAs or PSAs?

Well, my opinion is that combination of both is good...we have to be creative...advertsising all over the net..for free..if you have 2$ than pay advertaising...and buy once PSA then CSA...that is the way to explode your bussnes...people are confused at the start..try to help them, as much as you can..Invest your time , when you buy PSA or CSA..that will be the best investment in long period..Greetings
What would be a better goal and why? Sponsor hundreds of new PSAs every year or teach a smaller number of EAs to each develop EAs themselves?

Well my opinion is not to hurry at the first time..first of all you must learn this job very well..beacouse you will had to teach somebody tomorow..If you dont know this job good..some of them will go away...It is much better to sponzored smaller number for expl. 10 of them..and teach them good...that is the good way..I think..qoulity is better than quantity...

If there work is good ..for expl. make EA2 status you get a reward for that..For BTL status get reward for that too..simply people like to be rewarded for there efforts..Sfi do that all the time..thats what sposors should do too..
My up line helps me all the time..if I get status and work every day, I just have supprise at my alert page..It feels good..Thanks to my up line for every time that they helped me

Good question..well, you will never know this exaktly..sometimes people just grab this job and go, but lots of people just sign up , and do nothing..that is just normal..we are so different, but always try to motivated, as much as you are not boring..be kind that is the low of good marketing.good sponsor is always helpful ..there is people who sign up..do nothing and than suddenly start to work ..Big numbers..there is no rule..keep going!
