Which helps my SFI business the most...playing Eager Zebra games or bidding on Pricebenders auctions?

Although both are advantageous, the Pricebenders Auctions are most beneficial due to the rewards available.
Each bid gains you 1 vp, 5mrp (10 in double points auactions), 1 point toward earning a psa, and a chance to win the auction. Those are plenty of worthwhile benefits for one Tcredit. Not only are you gaining point but it is possible to earn 2 psa's each day through making bids.
I am not discounting the benefits of the games though. Tripleclicks and SFI have provided so many ways to boost your business that no matter which methods you employ, you will be rewarded.

Is it worth it to keep sending supportive emails to PSAs and CSAs who have 0 VP and been inactive for weeks or months?

Never give up on anyone in your team. Id you notice inactivity try sending e-cards through SFI. They are free to send.
Sometimes just letting someone know you are there to help is all the motivation they need. They always have a chance to become active again so until they are officially removed from your genealogy, keep supporting them as a great sponsor.
What would be a better goal and why? Sponsor hundreds of new PSAs every year or teach a smaller number of EAs to each develop EAs themselves?

In order to find those "Diamonds in the rough" that want to work hard in this business, you must sponsor several PSAs. So keep sponsoring but take time to be a great sponsor to those you have and build them up.
Each new PSA has the potential to become a strong member of your team. The best leaders show by example what works. That is what the duplication is all about in SFI.
What should I work on to build my SFI business when I can't access the SFI Affiliate Center?

Working on your business is not limited to y our SFI Affiliate Center. You can post to different sites to advertise the business and in turn grow your downline or add to the Pay Per Action. You can pass out business cards offline to anyone you meet. The only limits are those you place upon yourself.
