I think the most effective way to communicate with your team is email or chat in SFI.
You can send them group message at first to explain them how to start, how to make VP and so on.
But I think is best for them to comunicate in email, to know them better. And in chat if they have an important question and you two are online at the same time.
Stream is ok too, to remind them when to do their weekly Versapoints.

I don`t think you can help too much your affiliates... Only if they don`t take SFI business really serious and they feel stressed if they receive to many emails from you...
Anyone wishes a good sponsor that is always there for them, especially when they need him.
Anyway my opinion is that is better help them too much than helping them too little.

I think is better to pursue PSAs because you have more benefits..
CSA are good too if you don`t have enough time to help them, send them emails and explain them how to succed in SFi. In this case you have a hope that the other Co-Sponsor will explain them what they have to do...
I prefer to have more PSA and learn them in my style what they have to do..

My opinion is that it is worth to keep sending supportive emails to PSAs and CSAa who have o VP and been inactive for weeks or months, because you don`t know when they decide to start a real business. Maybe they want to do something in SFI, but they currently don`t have time.. or some of them aren`t sure if they have someone to support them.
Think of the time you spent to get those affiliates!

It would be a better goal to teach a smaller number of EAs to each develop EAs themselves.
If you sponsor hundreds of new PSAs every year I don`t think that you will have enough time to help them when they need you and they will finally not work anymore. If you only sponsor them and you don`t help them you don`t have any benefits. It`s like you didn`t really have them affiliates.

Which helps my SFI business the most...playing Eager Zebra games or bidding on Pricebenders auctions?

I prefer playing Eager Zebra games, especially Trivia because I love to learn new things every day.
It`s good to bid on Pricebenders auctions too, but if you don`t have experience in bidding I recommend you to bid only only in WA auction and I also recommend you to have enough Tcredits until you decide to bid.

Send emails with the tips you know to your affiliates, remind them that you are always there for them if they need your help. It`s good to know that they always have somebody to ask a question if they don`t understand something.
I don`t know what more advice I can give because when I don`t have access on my laptop, I always check SFI and Tripleclicks websites on my phone...

I didn`t win any Pricebenders auctions yet, but I know that if you want to have chances to win, is better to participate in WA auctions first, this way you now the other bidders don`t have experience too.
Please be sure you have enough Tcredits before you take the decision to bid, if you don`t want to lose them all.
Don`t wait too much to bid because anything can happen, it`s better to have at least 5 seconds after your bidding..
