You can confirm that your team members are receiving your emails and other messages by using the following methods:
. Check your inbox after you sent your email- if there is a message from the system that your email undeliverable for some reasons, your message did not go through.
. Your Genealogy will also tell you those who have provided good email address by the green envelope icon shown across their names.
. Post a message through your Stream Post to request new Affiliates to provide correct and working email address and to whitelist
[email protected] so that they will not miss any important messages from SFI as well as from you.
. You can also contact them through the social network and by phone if provided and leave a message to contact you.
. If you don't hear from them, leave it at that, but continue sending your weekly messages. It will be a shot in the dark, but that's all you can ever do.
