There are several ways in which we as their up-line will benefit in commissions from the actions and purchases of our PSAs.

I could cover how sponsors will receive 45% in commissions from the purchases our PSAs make.

I am sure many affiliates will give you plenty of lists containing the financial benefits received from our PSAs. So I am being led to share something from my heart that I think needs to be shared.

I want to prosper just like anyone else and I want to see my team grow exceedingly fast to reap the rewards so that I can say Well done – and pat myself on the back a little.

After being in SFI for a couple of years now I have had my eyes opened, and my understanding increased to look beyond my personal gains and profits.

I would like to re-phrase your question like this: How can I help my down-line reap financial benefits from the resources and knowledge that I can share with them now.

I have always been taught that in the sales business (which is what SFI and TripleClicks is all about) you cannot act like you are hungry or that you are in need of their money. You will not make any sales that way.

We as sponsors need to see the value in helping others be successful before we try to reach success for ourselves. You know what will happen – If They Succeed Then You Will Succeed.

Your down-line cannot pass you up – but in SFI and TripleClicks your down-line can Push you right to the top.

The obvious answers to the question of benefitting financially from the efforts of your PSAs are the commissions and matching vp once they have made EA2.But there are other ways, also.

As your PSAs begin to duplicate your actions, they will begin to enlarge your group by recruiting and training their PSAs to become EA2s and to buy and sell TripleClicks products. By enlarging your group, you enlarge your opportunity to make more money.

Do not forget that this larger group under your PSAs are also your group. You have the responsibility to encourage all members and to give hints on how to do their business more efficiently. Do not overstep your place in the upline. Their own sponsors have the responsibility to lead their own PSAs.

As the group progresses, you not only benefit from their purchases and sales, but the higher matching vp, and the vp from helping each one to attain EA2 or higher. The excitement of each generation as it attains higher status will snowball into a total group momentum that will take you into higher financial gain. As they begin to be taught and work on the other income streams that SFI offers, they will become ECAs, or refer new ECAs, PRMs and new PSAs.

Do not let any of them remain at EA2 for many months. Once they attain EA2 and learn how to do the many tasks to advance, encourage them to take the step to BTL. Make sure that you do so also at the first opportunity to have to be a team leader with a team to lead. The real money begins at BTL but you won't see that money unless your PSAs and Generations are active. That's how you benefit financially from their efforts.

I was motivated to answer this question though I am yet to have any downline. I have been able to understand how getting benefits from PSAs work from explanation I received from a member of my upline which I think would also motivate others to put in more effort because of the singular reason of doing 'oneself' a good.

In order to benefit from your PSAs, I want to be aware of what it takes. It involves the power of duplication and matching VersaPoints earning. By Matching Versapoints, it simply means, you will earn on all the VersaPoints of all your EA2 in your down line once you qualify as a Team Leader.

For Example, in the instance of a bronze Team Leader that has 5 PSAs that are all EA2 and assuming every affiliate in his down line to the 6th levels has 5 PSAs each who are also EA2.

This is how it will look like:

3 25 X 5 125
4 125 X 5 625
5 625 X 5 3125
6 3125 X 5 15625

It therefore means that 15625 X 1500 = 23,437,500 VersaPoints.

In the TripleClicks Executive Pool sharing formula,the equivalent of a dollar is about 2225 VersaPoints. Thus, by dividing 23,437,500/2225, a Bronze that is amassing a minimum of 1500VP from each affiliate in his/her downline each month will earn a income of $10,534 Monthly.

In the instance that an EA2 that is having 5 PSAs, he or she will get an income calculated on the 1500VP (it could be more points) of each PSA multiply by 5 to give 7500 Matching VersaPoints and because a dollar in the Tripleclicks Executive Pool sharing formula is equivalent to 2225VP, it means when 7500/2225 = 3.37.

Bear in mind that in order to qualify for the rank of an EA2, an affiliate must have a minimum of 1500 VersaPoints (it could be more). But in an instance where an EA2 has no down line, the income for attaining an EA2 at the end of each month with just the 1500VP will be about $0.67

The income increases as your rank increases because you can earn matching VersaPoints to the 12th level.

Thus, if you are lucky to sponsor active affiliates up to the 12th level, the sky will be your limit!

PSAs are the most important tool for thriving in SFI business. You can benefit from your PSAs financially through;
1. As there sponsor, you will receive 45% commission on every order they place at Tripleclicks.

Your PSAs make you a Matching Points providing they are at least EA2 and you are a Team Leader.
Many of them move on to a higher rank (TL) which increases the amount of Matching Points for you.

They also build their teams providing you with up to six generations of members that get you Matching Points too (this is if you are BTL, 8 gens if you're STL, 10 gens if you're GTL and 12 gens if you're PTL), so if you give them support and transfer your knowledge to them, reassign PSAs to your best workers your Genealogy will grow fast and bring you more and more benefits.

When your PSAs become Team Leaders most of them set up a SO and you benefit from that too.

If your 1st gen PSAs go to auctions they must buy TCredits and this benefits you too.

3) CO-SPONSOR COMMISSION
You must be an Executive Affiliate to have CSAs. Each time your SFI affiliate that you co-sponsor places an order at TripleClicks.com, you earn 15% of the CV.
For example: Your co-sponsored affiliates (CSA) places an order that has $28 CV, you will earn $4.20 of the Co-Sponsor Commission (15% of $28). If you're a Team Leader, you can also earn Matching VP on all your CSAs.

There are several different ways to acquire CSAs. By becoming an EA before the 12th of the month, you will automatically receive 2 CSAs. You can win CSAs by entering the Daily Grand, by bidding on the Pricebender Auction, or as an E365 winner.
When you become a Team Leader, you will receive a share of CSAs that have lost their Co-Sponsored Affiliates. These will automatically be posted to your team and you will receive notice that they have been added to your team.

4) T-CREDIT BONUS
Being an EA2 will allow you to receive T-Credits which will let you take FULL advantage of your TripleClicks membership benefits and help you build your SFI business by being able to buy, bid, play or sell on TripleClicks. You will receive these as part of your compensation. This can be up to 20 T-Credits for FREE every month! A single T-Credit sells for $1.99, which means you can receive up to $39.80 worth of T-Credits monthly.

5) ECA REFERRAL PROGRAM
Being an EA, allows you to make referrals to the TripleClicks E-Commerce Associate (ECA) Program, earn VPs and lucrative royalties for life! This is where you need to be talking to your local businesses and showing them the advantages of posting their items on TripleClicks. This is so powerful, because when anyone buys a product from your ECA you will earn a royalty. For example, say the total CV for all of your referred ECAs is $5,000. 1.Whenever your PSA's make purchases at the Tripleclicks Store you get a commission depending on the product he/she has bought.

2.When your PSA's recruit PSA's of their own and they get down to business,whatever financial gains they get,you also gain up to 12 generations deep.so to benefit financially from this area you need to be a Team Leader i.e.Bronze,Silver,Platinum and Gold Team Leader.Also the PSA's should be of rank EA2 and above so as to get matching VP on their downlines.

3.There is the Tripleclicks Executive Pool where you earn shares but you have to be a Team Leader:
