Your PSAs make you a Matching Points providing they are at least EA2 and you are a Team Leader.
Many of them move on to a higher rank (TL) which increases the amount of Matching Points for you.
They also build their teams providing you with up to six generations of members that get you Matching Points too (this is if you are BTL, 8 gens if you're STL, 10 gens if you're GTL and 12 gens if you're PTL), so if you give them support and transfer your knowledge to them, reassign PSAs to your best workers your Genealogy will grow fast and bring you more and more benefits.
When your PSAs become Team Leaders most of them set up a SO and you benefit from that too.
If your 1st gen PSAs go to auctions they must buy TCredits and this benefits you too.
