Personally I think every way as spelt out at SFI is the best way. However the important thing here is the members need to motivate themselves to accept the motivations provided by their Sponsor or any of their upline.
The trouble here is not ignorance but inaction.
The purpose of the leaders are to illustrate by doing what they want their member to do however if the members do not log in how can they even know what their leaders are doing.
It comes to one thing it is their choice they need to want it to really become or don't become at all.

Everyone is looking for better future which lies dimly in the future, but to do what lies clearly at hand is ignored.

Continue motivating and encouraging you may even be successful one day in getting team leaders birthed in your team.

As a Team Leader

- The possibility of earning is higher, actually, be TL, means to participate in the distribution of company profits

- You get a larger number TCredits, as a gift from SFI

- You are in the position to get more CSA

How to motivate them?

Hello!
One reason I think many stay as EA is because of theire financial.
Even if they manage EA is it a step betwein EA and BTL who almost always-especially for new/mediumnew- requier more money to put in to reach both the sales and the actionvp.
If you dont have an EA who have this marketing, webbsite,traffic,etc-knowledge and have found a couple of psa, tc-members who should increase his earning, then he for shore should go BTL.

Have your psa their own psa if not then the only benifit the gain to become a BTL is 2-4 more tcredits-month, one share of csa´s-and How many csa´s is active if you count the ones who are not.
Do they have their own psa, depending on how many so can you tell them that they earn their psa´s-matching vp, (The commision they earn already as an EA2) and the above mentioned

So My advice to you if you truly want to make them leader, tell your team what you have done to manege, this is one thing that could help. Another approatch as I and others from SFI is doing is to help your psa financially with a good ex I have approach,I send to my psa´s paypal around 25$-each-for them to buy their own S-builder-co-op-every month, since it is the psa who pay in at TC i
earn commision-on my own money-it stands at Sfi that you can do so, so;))

good then all sponsor get money back while their building a stonger team-it is a win win situation. IF you should lose a psa who have a own psa-the psa goes over to you the sponsor, so we really never lose to pay for those psa or our own psa, and you can even support your level 2,3 etc..
This I do from they have becom EA.
Have you tried to have a contest-people LOVE to win-both The prize, but even the honor. Try out what the like/want and ask if the should like to compete.

Try to be creative, try different things, talk to them and ask what they should think of become a BTL,-maybee the think the job is extremly hard, they may think they dont should manage it or they have not the time (yeat)so talk to them and maybee you have misunderstood someone..
What ever they deside to do until they have team think of them first that they shall succed-for if they succed-YOU do, think first and foremost at your TEAM and your as the teams leader you must be there for them, tell them things to succed and practice duplicate.
Learn them and do things you want them to do, tell them about the simple step-explained at sfi-recrute five and they five recrute five-each=25 etc,etc-explain this simle metod and they will for shore upgrade when they feel it´s right for them-all are different and some grow slower, it does not mean anything

First things first! How active is their downline? Without an active downline, being a team leader will profit them nothing. Remember that they need the rating of their downlines. So if they don't have an active downline, your first line of action will be to help them get some, then you can now start nudging them towards being team leaders. After all a leader without followers (an active downline) is only taking a walk.

I know you need them to move up fast so your compensation can increase, but you really need to help them help you.

In my opinion, the best way to motivate our downline to become Team Leaders are:
1. Reassign an Active PSAs to them.
2. Teach our downline to do same when they have gotten enough Active PSAs.
3. Help your Active PSAs that are really doing their best, with any little Action/Sales points that they are short of qualifying in becoming a Team leader by/before the end of the Month.

According to my view, the best way to motivate your downline is to make yourself a replica of all those things that you want from your downline to do.

In other words, be a practical teacher and guide to them narrating step by step what you have done and been doing to have become a powerful team leader.

One more thing you have to concentrate on pointing in a smooth way that, a RECEIVER must first be a GIVER and it is one of the most important key qualities a leader must have.

when I was with my husband, he had a good team and was doing well with motivating them to bronze at least. he gave newbie 10 credits : on condition they email him and ask. they were rewarded $10 gift certificates if they mailed him, every Thursday, he repeated that, and again,when they got to EA2 it was $20 (they had to mail)bronze it was $25.
after the 7.1 earthquake he has had to start again, a few years later. it is harder now to just get them to email. he work out this is because 1, a lack of trust 2,are you genuine 3, addition to highly addictive war games etc. he is getting on top of this by randomly giving credits, and gradually they respond, and as they respond they say they appreciate what you are doing for me man. the training here develops good habits and as they develop good habits they spend less time and money on mindless and self defeating games and want to go to the next level. that is the hardest part, the hard work is not over till they consistent achieve the bronze level month after month

This is a really good question, but I think that the answer is only ONE ...
All of us when start something new in a life, must be patient and must dedicate most of their time to hit the previously self posted goals.

Here we have an opportunity to become a team leader of a big team, and see our money in pocket for real.
We only need a plan, good strategic plan, to involve other.
Here is the question that I always post to my member :

Obveausly we know the answer, and all of us wish the same, but some people are sceptical, and with that people you need to have a good comunication, and spend a bit of your time to make him simply a use of SFI as a new business.

Just explain your members the beauty of duplication and what are the benefits of being a Team leader and having a strong team of affiliates in your downline! However, if they got no team yet there's no need to force them to become Team Leaders yet. For example, you can motivate them by aranging a competition, let's say you reasign one or two of your PSAs to each of your downline members who becomes a Team Leader.
