Well I think as a Team Leader it is our job TO inform about new things, especially if the team and me benefits from the things I got to say.
And why should I putting them of only by doing what I supposed to do, who is to inform them about a new awesome program that have occurred and launched at SFI.

I told them that a new awesome program have recently launched called "the new Fast-Track 2.0 and it´s your second and last chance to get the Fast-Track Badge.
But It is not just the badge who is the awesome, it is what comes with the badge who is really awesome 10% moore in earnings.
It might not seems so much and before you get your team it might be so.
But at the same time you have several incomestreams to build your business on, so it can also be more. But as your team starts to grow bigger and bigger you can only imaging how big your incomes gonna get.

Then I have not yet mentioned the also awesome new member pack for only 20$ as you can sell or buy to become an silver Fast-Track(41$ savings) that comes loaded with 200mrp, 10Ez-tokens, 50 mighty t-credits(only 50 t-credits costs 21$)+as an SFI-affiliate you also get 500 sales vp+ 250 actions vp, and 3 csa. The best way to build a profitable SFI busines using S-Builder Co-op.

Is that you buy several S-Builder-Co-op every month as an standing order.
At least 2 S-builder-Co-ops as an standing order, but I should reccomend more than that at least 4 unit- especially if you only want to use S-Builder.
WHY beacase the S-Builder is slow, but good and if you can buy moore than one unit, it going to speed up the time and get you moore psa and T-C-members faster.

Other wise it going to take time to build a profiteble Business-if one unit S-Builder is the only thing you use when it come to marketing.
I don´t know why or if you only want to use S-Builder.

For my best tip is that you also try out some other resourches: Buy "fast deliver" psa and there are several ECA´s with good prices who sell psa, and I strongly reccomend + that you should benefits of a lot if you have both S-Builder, psa (for ex 15$)and ev good quality traffic/advertising on your best T-C-gateways- as an standing order.

Then you can still fokus on building your team, but with both buy S-builder, psa and quality advertising as standing order you speed start your businessr and get a team faster.

And you can/must put your efforts on your team and members. And the important for you to learn and put into action is how you approach your members-psa as T-C-members.
You then must step up and be their leader,be there for them, answering questions and show things that have worked for you.But also tell them about other things they can do to earn money, moore money.
Like become a fast tracker-and tell about all the benefits, etc.

I also Reccomend you to look around the net about were and how you advertise or/and read about it, even if you don´t do it your self yeat? you maybee one day want to start. Other way you know little moore what to tell yor downline.Then can you always look up sites at SFI and send your psa/csa there.. When there are many who want to ads them self, they maybee don´t have so much financial. Or want to have both paid and free advertise. Then tell them ofcourse of the FREE offline marketing.

The first thing I tought about was if you have reading the basics, sfi-rules and the Launch pad lessons.
If not I strongly advice you to do so and if you have- read them again.
There are all information how to start building your business.

But I can tell the most important: We have several option here at Sfi to get us an income, but the most important is to build a team of affiliates-your psa.

To get psa you can advertise or/and buy psa-to-go, s-builder-co-op, etc at TripleClick there are a lot of options just search for it. When you have get your psa you must step up and be their sponsor-so to learn the most important+more is the thing you should do before you get any teammember.
Then you also should advertise for TC-members-or/and buy at TC-s-builder-co-op-gives both psa and TC-member, or buy gateway-anyone-advertises, ads for Tc, pricebender, etc

Then you also can advertise for Eca´s, sell your own things you don´t use anymore or open up a Eca-store you own-whit new items.

So the first thing I advice you to do is to read, read, read- then you can start thinking of teambuilding...Hope I could help whit something..

It depends what you're after.
But if you want to have as many vp's as possible, you should buy one T-credit pack for 126 mrp's, then you get 102 VP for every single t-credit your buying.
But if you want something more for your MRP, there are plenty to choose from such a large pack of T-credit, or if you save some time, you can even buy some cell phone or otherwise. Check specialty products to buy for MRP by clicking the right MRP.

Your answer should be that you are an teamleader/sponsor who should be happy to promote them to be in your team as psa´s at Sfi who is a great company they can join and learn a lot like marketing,duplication, etc for get a additional income whit several income streams.
And there your going to be their sponsor and give them all the help and support they need and that you going to be avaible for them what ever it is and always do your best.

You should also point out some of the -doing-like that Sfi is not like other onlinebusiness-we have a very good step by step plan, wealth of info and fun tasks like the actions, games, etc to do as our `job`

One reason I think many stay as EA is because of theire financial.
Even if they manage EA is it a step betwein EA and BTL who almost always-especially for new/mediumnew- requier more money to put in to reach both the sales and the actionvp.
If you dont have an EA who have this marketing, webbsite,traffic,etc-knowledge and have found a couple of psa, tc-members who should increase his earning, then he for shore should go BTL.

Have your psa their own psa if not then the only benifit the gain to become a BTL is 2-4 more tcredits-month, one share of csa´s-and How many csa´s is active if you count the ones who are not.
Do they have their own psa, depending on how many so can you tell them that they earn their psa´s-matching vp, (The commision they earn already as an EA2) and the above mentioned

So My advice to you if you truly want to make them leader, tell your team what you have done to manege, this is one thing that could help. Another approatch as I and others from SFI is doing is to help your psa financially with a good ex I have approach,I send to my psa´s paypal around 25$-each-for them to buy their own S-builder-co-op-every month, since it is the psa who pay in at TC i
earn commision-on my own money-it stands at Sfi that you can do so, so;))

good then all sponsor get money back while their building a stonger team-it is a win win situation. IF you should lose a psa who have a own psa-the psa goes over to you the sponsor, so we really never lose to pay for those psa or our own psa, and you can even support your level 2,3 etc..
This I do from they have becom EA.
Have you tried to have a contest-people LOVE to win-both The prize, but even the honor. Try out what the like/want and ask if the should like to compete.

Try to be creative, try different things, talk to them and ask what they should think of become a BTL,-maybee the think the job is extremly hard, they may think they dont should manage it or they have not the time (yeat)so talk to them and maybee you have misunderstood someone..
What ever they deside to do until they have team think of them first that they shall succed-for if they succed-YOU do, think first and foremost at your TEAM and your as the teams leader you must be there for them, tell them things to succed and practice duplicate.
Learn them and do things you want them to do, tell them about the simple step-explained at sfi-recrute five and they five recrute five-each=25 etc,etc-explain this simle metod and they will for shore upgrade when they feel it´s right for them-all are different and some grow slower, it does not mean anything

How I explain and promote transfer buying to my team members?!

One thing is for shoore it shall not cost more for them or my self than home-If it´s not something I really want or something that promote my business-this is not your normally buy at home but, I rather put in some more money for this sektion. And maybee some do just that and don´t buy as much at home over a time.
But before I say anything about it at all i try to get to know my members little better I should not withdraw "you should buy all your stuff here insted of home also-after just explained the SO" and get more money invest brought up.
I think all things requier more or less time, specially for business starter, and as this not is on the top-list on how to increase your money, I think it is better to wait a while before I bring it up.
Then many people seems having hard or don´t like to talk about money-or it is Rather their money and how much they earn who are the issue...

But with communication and especially-in the beginning)mail about yourself more than only ask questions,stick in a question here and there in mail/phone,chatt if you don´t get so much response back from your storys about your life, SFI, etc or even don`t SFI questions.
Then you must put in some question to get some response, but is it a relatively new afiliate, ask about his/hers family, hobbies etc and if they have some questions about SFI.Eventually, Tell them what that meens.
I should write something like- Now that SFI is your store, you should know that you could benefit a lot if you insted of buying things you normally buy in a month in your stores at home, If you insted buy this items- all items you can find you usually buy or need, that don´t are more expencive. + It can be the otherway around it can be cheaper or much cheeper. And then you save some money, plus if you buy things you usually buy you don´t loose anything, insted you get PLENTY of VP´s and that do that you reach the limit or above it and can easier become a Btl etc. And the more vp the more you earn from the executive -pool and matching point "If He/she has psa"who is EA2

Then it depends what country they come from, because USA is a pretty expensive country(compare to us in Sweden alsoo and still Sweden is a very rich country- (even if not all in Sweden are rich, so have we safity net),
but Sweden are compared to usa cheap-specially on items, clothes(Obs there are lots of very expencivies items etc here too-I calculated the most things)-Its not like USA- and with that I only wanted to point out.

There are country who really struggling financially, and to look were people are from can also be an help.
Some psa that I have had stoped just for the financial and some few had also trubbeling to put in money in T-C- so It can be that they don´t have so much money-never/almost never buy stuff at home, or/and problem to get the money too-SFI/TC.

First of all talk to them about other stuff, when the times come to withdraw that,do so
Tell them what works for you and search and find cheep ECA-shops at them with items they have told you the might buy if found-(cheep)

If there are a psa with good economi in the country at least-she/he have probebly not a superproblem- but some don`t want too buy things online, or it can be a princeple what ever...
Do NOT nagging on them about this then they may even opt out-if new psa spec- They think you only want them to buy stuff to get commision...

There are better ways to go than buy your things at TC-it is good to-don´t misunderstand me.
But you should foremost do something that is good for your WHOLE team-think of a way so they also benefits,
in what ever- Tell them that they can sell their things at TC in a very simple way. Or buy gift-certificate and have to give to your psa etc and encourege them to try to use them on items they nomally use, so they get a glimt of that it realy can work. and tell them about to Advertise TripleClick-produkts, eca-produkts, pricebender,etc, to get commision-who do they can buy more.

My best tips is help your psa, csa and they are much more in to help you, like duplication in this way that I give away "Duplication booster psa"el S-buildercoop,etc as soon a psa manage to be an EA2
Do a coop for them-send money for co-op to a psa/psa´s pay-pal- 1st co-op-24$ for 1-2psa on sbuilder and the psa managing his own coop-and you get the commision and its almost half the price, then you have investet in your team and get money your self.
AND if they feel you care about that they will succed-wich you should, they are much more in to help you-as ex buy things IF the can...This is the best tip ever and Ive duplicate it from my upline-Thats were the key is to your question and to everything you want them to do-so you can earn more-ex upgrade-if you give from your self in both time, be a friend, set the team to come first and put some money-or some other incentetive if needed.
Help them ocassionaly with maintain EA2, some times -then you have a much easier to get them to help you..Another tips is to have contests-the one who ex have most vp in 2-4w-win something they want/you choose-can be anything. Tell them to join W3 if they have not-then they will get t-cred and may be hooked like many else on PB-a...

There are many reason why anyone should want that.

First of all is it free to join and you CAN continue working as an affiliate at sfi for free as long as you want and need.
You can succeed even if it take longer time.

Then there are several different tasks to do, like a very funny games, auction,etc. that you can´t find any where else
You can also choose between several work, like concentrate on getting a team and some members.or /and have an store,or sell our unwanted stuff or/and advertise Tripleclicks all stuff..

Then have SFI a very simple step by step plan for new affiliates to follow, for us all to follow especially when you have understood what SFI is all about.

For not to talk about their free super good step by step education, and
all support we all can get here at Sfi, true not only our sponsors.
We have a2a-friends, the forum, and the asc, besides Sfi-support,
and there are always friendly people who answer on every question..

Then the most important you can start a new life eventually, and make a huge different in your life,.
You can even make a real success, but that only if you work your business like a business and have persistance...
And then we can have our freedom, as I think is the most important reason for the most people continue to fight here at SFI.

But you talking maybee on ALL activities we can do-on Sfi+tripleclick, like play games, auctions,etc..
Write in the forum, etc..

Then you can try to tell about your experience on things you like-the auction/games-that it is fun and you can win quality products cheep, play fun games and win. +Badges

You could also ask what type of games, etc they like

Also tell them that it crusial that they start with this
And if they are serios about SFI

Then it CAN be that some of them probebly kind of new affiliate-don´t understand what or how they shall do stuff-ex advertise, send out giftcard, etc..

Yes I would say without hesitate that it CAN be superb-but if they never try it they never going to know how well it could have done..

Why should it NOT be good?
Offcourse you can´t know for absolutly sure it would sell well, etc...

But if they follow some good strategies who is good to use if you have a store here at
TripleClick-that they advertise their store..-all affiliates that connect to them they can send offer, etc to.

Then they should send links from their store to their family, friends, relatives, facebook, G+ twitter, pinterest, etc adplaces, mail-sites,etc...
Then they have much larger chance to get more and more customer..

Then it is good to have a store for other reason-you may get some psa,etc trough that way also...
