Success is relative depending on individual circumstances. Just getting to EA2 can be an enormous achievement for some but nothing for others.

Looking at the individual badges one has can be an indicator of success. Foe example.I am very proud of my 90 Daily VersaPoint Streak badge, and when I'm a bit discouraged because things might be a bit slow, I look at that badge and say to myself "you are a winner. You have achieved more than 95% of your fellow Affiliates. Tou are a Success".

Thank you for your great question, measuring success can be different for many people, SFI it's worldwide company and someone from let's say Croatia might see success in a different way that someone from United States, some affiliates feel successful and happy by covering their standing orders with their commissions they get other people wants to pay their mortgage with SFI, so the way you measure success it's by evaluating your needs and wants and keep working towards your goals, ask yourself

“Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful.”–Albert Schweitzer

I think that Albert Schweitzer is spot-on with this quote. The only person who can answer if they are successful or not is the person with the question. This is also the only person who can answer if they are happy or not.

To me, success would be making my entire living from SFI with money to spare for all the 'extras' that

"Measuring success" implies that there is a range of positions in the idea of success. The word 'success' has no definite qualification or quantification. When we hear the word we think in terms of our own experiences, wants, dreams, and status.

So to measure success, there has to be some definitions of what success is. The question defines the area in which we are to answer, that being SFI. SFI has very many stepping stones that can be used to measure our success in our SFI business.

In my opinion, the best way of measuring my success is:

Write a list of some of your goals each month, and record this on your SFI "Goals" tab.

Then, each day, record what steps you took to achieve these goals.

At the end of the month, you will be able to measure how successfully you have reached the goals you set for the month.

Next month, if you reached the previous months goals, successfully, you may create some more goals for the new month.

There is no particular measuring tool to measure someone’s success except performance. Performance is the best way to measure success not only in SFI but everywhere

Success related to work and work related to performance. If you follow up your daily work in SFI effectively and in proper way – success will come on that measurement

At the time of set your monthly goal, keep a note book and pen beside as most of the peoples become confused to set actual target in Goal tab.

We measure SUCCESS in many different ways and levels. It all depends on each of us. And for me, success starts at the goal setting. When we joined SFI, we were asked to set our short and long term goals. It is important that we have defined those goals realistically (not too high or too low according to your standard). Setting realistic goals are vital and it is important that we identify what success means to us personally, so that when we succeed we will know it based from our set goals.

To measure success in SFI you can view your goals tab in the To Do list and work on the goals you see are lacking. You can also go through your PSA's profile within the geneology report make sure you've worked on the check list for each PSA.

We are here to make money right? Then, you can measure your income going through you income tab in the To Do List and visit your scoreboard and get a briefing on your income streams.

At inception of your SFI business, you are encouraged to set out your long term goals like how long do you believe It will take you to become a Team Leader, like BTL, STL, GTL and PTL.

Also, you are required to state your monthly goals at the beginning of every month, for example,

1. How many new PSAs you intend to recruit at the end of the month?
2. How many EA2 PSAs you intend to have at the end of the month?
3. How many PRMs do you intend to have at the the end

The best way to measure success is by comparing your overall growth each month against the previous month's. How did you do at attracting new enrollments through tripleclicks? Were you able to gain new affiliates? Did you advance in rank? Are you able to motivate a team to duplicate the process successfully? Have you challenged yourself to increase the intensity of your goals each month? How do your team members rate your leadership?

If the answers to these questions are in the affirmative.
