i believe that motivation comes with in yourself, but sometimes we need role models in our life for example we strat with our parents then we moved to our teachers in school and then after your boss at work but what happens its that you had been always told what to do and when you are facing with a business like SFI you get confuse because really you are in business for yourself but not by yourself what i mean is you need to take actions on your own and be self productive, we weren't born like that but we can learn and im about to talk about the 5 points in your SFI business that you need to apply to motivate your Team.!
1. YOU MUST LEAD BY EXAMPLE. you know what they said, you can't ask people to do what you are not willing to do yourself, its crucial to lead by example you need to do things yourself first, examples, standing orders, E365 Champion, Wave3 member, top enroller, top 500 VP, Team leader, having all badges, participate in games, competitions and auctions ect.. believe me your team its always watching what you doing.!
2. COMMUNICATION. you need to communicate with everyone in your downline not only with those in your Movers tab but everyone, PSA, generation 2,3,4,5,6 and CSA's as well, its your business you need to be on top of it, I personally communicate with my entire downline, don't be shy or afraid you will find out the most people are very nice plus you will make alots of friends, go to your genealogy and pick last login and click in their names and if you see they are online send them a chat just do it even if they don't respond be persistence.!
3. REWARDS AND COMPETICION. you need to reward those hard workers in your team, set up a contest even if you don't get participants at least you are setting the stage for many people to come, reward with, gift certificates, Tcredicts, Reassignments, congratulations letters, post in your stream what your intentions are, even if you don't have anybody just practice, practice and practice, because repetition its the mother of learning.!
4. SET IT CO-OP AND SUPPORT. if you are a team leader already you should know by now on how to recruit and promote, so if you get new affiliates you need to create a co-op for your team, PSA, and all generations that way you will build your other generations your goal should be to create a residual income of 12 generations deep, do it work at it right now believe me you wont regret it, but along the way you need to support everyone who showns interest in SFI, i had being doing SFI for almost 3 years and i love this company they have never fail.!
5. RECOGNICION. you have to recognize your winners your fighters and your movers at anytime you can by emails, stream post and rewards these are people who are committed to make it happen, but at the same time don't forget about the others they need your direction and advice as well.!
Consistently do this things and you will start creating momentum on your team .!
