We measure SUCCESS in many different ways and levels. It all depends on each of us. And for me, success starts at the goal setting. When we joined SFI, we were asked to set our short and long term goals. It is important that we have defined those goals realistically (not too high or too low according to your standard). Setting realistic goals are vital and it is important that we identify what success means to us personally, so that when we succeed we will know it based from our set goals.

When we set goals, we need to determine beforehand what our intended results are and how we will recognize it when we achieved it. Establishing ahead of time what success looks like and feels also gives us the opportunity to dream further and be inspired or challenged to achieve what we have set.

Having a way to measure success and keep track of our progress also helps us to stay motivated and focused. When we know where we are going and how much progress we have made, it creates anticipation and excitement. This positive energy helps us to take consistent action in the direction of our goals which multiplies our results.

We get to decide how to measure success…is it monetary? Rank or level? Or The size of your team?

Everyone has their own definition of success in life and in business. It’s not our job to live up to someone else’s idea of success. Our accomplishments and successes are ours, not anyone else’s. And we get to measure success by our own standard.

We are the ones who decide exactly what it means to be successful in any area of our lives. The time to make that decision is again, during the goal setting process. Doing so will allow us to identify and celebrate our personal success along the way.

Well...at first, being a SFI Affiliate is not that distinct for me. I never felt proud at first. But as time goes, I felt proud being an Affiliate with SFI because of the following:

1. The things I've learned which SFI provides through training for FREE. I know I could have never learn the things I've learned here in other sites or if I decided to put up my own traditional business.

2. The new friends that I have gathered through a2a and those downlines that have opened the communications between us. They are all over the world which if not for SFI, we could have never known each other.

3. The leaders of this company. So humble as they are, willing to help even the newest sign up. Great philosophy!!!

4. The Sponsors/Co-Sponsors who are always around and willing to help and inspire me in anyway they can. Just throw a word to them, and they are there to guide me with any difficulty I have with SFI.

5. The quality products that are on sale at TripleClicks and the Pricebender Auctions, the E365 Contest and the WAVE3. Great idea...!!!

6. The opportunity to earn whilst at home at your own pace, time and effort. No worries to be late, to be under a boss, about deadlines, reports, etc. that are normally required in a traditional job.

7. The opportunity to spend more quality time with family and friends and still earning decently.

8. And it will even make me the prouder to think that I will be earning my residual income while enjoying a vacation someday anywhere in the world. KUDOS to SFI...!!!

All these, makes me proud, happy and thank God I found SFI.

My take…? Never expect anyone to help you. This way, you will not get disappointed if no one came to your aid.

Why?
1. Because this is your business…not anybody else’s
2. Your success never depend on anyone but YOU
3. Yes, you were assigned a Sponsor or Co-Sponsor…but they might also be busy with their own business and other things. If they happen to have time and assisted you, fine…thank them for their time and be appreciative of any help from them, but never oblige them to give you much attention. You are not their only downline…they have other downlines, who may happen to be more active and who knows…

Never WORK or QUIT because of your Sponsor. Every decision that we make is solely our own, not because someone else gave us the reason to do so. I signed up here never expecting someone to help me. I didn’t even know that I would be assigned a Sponsor or Co-Sponsor or that I would have an upline team to help me out. I just read and understand all the trainings that were made available for all Affiliates to consume. Everything is there for the picking…we just have to chew and swallow everything to succeed here at SFI.

If your Sponsor is irresponsive…just show him/her that you are worth their attention and you will be surprised that all of a sudden, all your upline team support are all eyes on you. Sometimes, we expect others to help us while we are doing NOTHING. Always put in mind that if you want to earn something, you have to work hard for it. There’s no such thing as “overnight success”. And remember, there is always a reason for everything.

We still have all the SFI Trainings (LAUNCHPAD Lessons, SFI Basics, all those tabs in your To-Do-List, etc.), the a2a, FAQ, the Forum and other sources to help us. If you have budget and you love to read, subscribe to IAHBE…there’s a pool of information there that could help you a lot. You can even set it as your Standing Order (SO) to earn you EA status month after month. Use your ability. Have your own connections and one day success will be yours.

And when you have your own downline team, don’t let them feel how you felt when you were just starting. If you can afford to spend some moments guiding them, do it with all your heart and you will be blessed more. That’s all I’ve got to say and again, NEVER DEPEND ON or BLAME ANYONE for achieving SUCCESS…it all DEPENDS ON YOU!!! Keep smiling… ;-)

NO TIME??? or LIMITED TIME??? Nooooooooo...it's just a matter of PRIORITY!!!

No one has “more” or “less” time. We all have the same time. We just choose to put it somewhere else. 24 hours a day; 1,440 minutes; 86,400 seconds. Whether you’re the president of your country or a farmer somewhere, no one is blessed with “more time”. The most productive people I know are key management officials in major institutions and large family-owned corporations.

It’s not the time that you have; it’s what you choose to do with it. So, next time someone tells you “I don’t have time!”, give that person your best smile and say, Hey...you do! It’s just that, you have other PRIORITIES.”

Always remember that, if a person wants to do something...he/she will always find a way to be successful with it. But if he/she doesn't want to do it...he/she will always have reasons not to do it.

Each of us know how to prioritize...and there's always time for everything...that's all I have to say... ;-)

Well...this is a catchy question. The answer could be GOOD or NOT GOOD. This question depends on what the family's culture or gearing towards different kinds of business. For me, (and it is what I am doing) I will feel the "pulse" of a family member or friends around me. In my own experience, I just float the idea by informing them that I am into this online business called SFI. Take note that I am only floating the idea with them when they ask me what I am up to at the moment. When I tell them about SFI and they followed up their question that sounds or shows they have (even a little) interest with what I have just said, I will tell them some basic details about SFI and some basic information on how to earn with it. Usually, they will ask me if how much have I earned so far with SFI and I would honestly tell them that I have just joined and what I have earned so far is very very minimal that I can not even take it out yet...but I know and I believe that I will be earning soon. Then I will tell them my goals with SFI and how the team help each other to achieve success.

With that technique, I have signed up some friends and a few family members and relatives with me. Most of them have stopped after sometime but I just let them be. I do not follow them up like my other members, but I make it a point to mention to them once in a while my progress with SFI and how my Sponsors supports me. Some got back while others are maybe waiting for me to tell them that I have earned something already.

For sure, when they see you progress financially...you don't need to ask them to join you...instead they will be the one to ask (or even beg) you to let them join your team.

For now, I am just doing what I need to do and I know the rest will follow.

Hi...

In traditional business, you need longer time to learn the pros and cons of your chosen business. Management is very intensive and the return of investment is very risky. You need years to develop a traditional business, not to mention the manpower, the space and the equipment you need when you decide to start a traditional business.

With SFI, you don't need much time to develop it. You manage it by yourself and you alone decide on how to go about it and how much you want or need to earn. Investment is very low and you don't need much space and equipment to start and do SFI. Almost everything is given for free. As to the timing, with SFI...NOW is always the right time and the best thing is everyone in SFI seems want to help everyone. You don't have this in traditional business. You have more time to spend with your family, friends and most of all YOURSELF.

The rule "What you SOW is what you REAP" stands with SFI. If you are employed, you know very well that if you don't work, you will not be paid (no work-no pay policy).

Looking at your profile shows that you haven't "given your all" with your SFI business in your first year. We can not expect to get anything if we haven't given out our best on something. I have also seen that you were just a few days ahead of me here in SFI and I am also not yet earning well here, but I am proud to say that I am NOT spending anything straight from my pocket for my SO and other purchases that I need to do at TripleClicks. All my purchases, including my SO comes from my SFI earnings or commission.

I am taking my first year in SFI as my LEARNING & BUILDING year; learning more about the business and building a team of Affiliates who are willing to earn as much as they could. I never expect to earn thousands of dollars in my first year here. I am now into my second year and I would like to take this year as another LEARNING and BUILDING + DEVELOPMENT year. Continuous learning is essential in this kind of business and building a solid team plus developing these team of willing Affiliates to become Team Leaders is for me the best foundation we can build to earn sufficiently. Learning to support our Affiliates in any way we can is also essential.

To answer your question on what you should do now, it really depends on you. How do you define success? If what you see in your profile is a failure...then you should use it to strive further...NEVER give up...you should focus towards your goal. You have gone this far with your business and I would say it's time to start seriously. Review the lessons and work hard based from what you've learned. SFI is a pool of information for its Affiliates, we just have to pick it up and digest then apply. Think positive and be more active...if others are successful here (in terms of income) then you can also be successful...so do I. In any business, we can't be successful if we don't work hard towards its success. Set S M A R T goals and let it be your guide towards what you call "SUCCESS"...keep planting good seeds, so that in time, you will have a very good harvest!

Lastly, I would like to quote the founder of one of the most successful Wellness Industry...he said; "Your SUCCESS is only limited by your own imagination and your hard work".

We have a saying that goes…”Action Speaks Louder Than Words”…

Just do what you have to do and think is right to succeed. When they see you successful…you don’t have to say or do anything to convince anyone of your success. They have their eyes to see what you did and they (including your family) can’t deny that.

Have a sound plan to NOT fail. Learn as much as you can to achieve your goals. Help your downline Affiliates and work hard…you cannot expect success if you do not work hard for it. And always believe in what you do. How could you expect others to believe you when you yourself doubt it???

Becoming a Team Leader (TL) is not easy, much more a Platinum Team Leader (PTL). Your question is good...as each Affiliate should really have a "strategy" to become successful in SFI to reach Team Leader position. If I will be asked to share my strategy to become a PTL, I would follow the following strategy:

1. Earn knowledge about your SFI Business. I would say, it's the best and strongest foundation you'll ever have on your way up. Try to vote some more Ask SC Answers, not just to earn extra entry to the Daily Grand but to learn some more from the Answers. Visit the Forum frequently to learn from other Affiliates. There are so much to learn from the Forum. And this is the best strategy to make yourself ready to lead your team.

2. Never skip a day without "going to your office" - means logging in to SFI. Maximum of 30 minutes a day is enough to gather the daily Action VP (and of course the Weekly and Monthly AVP as well). Add another few minutes to review the SFI Basics & the LAUNCHPAD lessons and browse through other tabs to learn something everyday.

3. Advertise your Gateways multiple times a day. It's the best way to earn Affiliates or downlines. Work hard in advertising during your first few months to build your Team. You have to find your Ace Affiliates to push you up towards your Leadership status. Without a Team of EA2s and up, it will be a struggle to maintain leadership status because each Affiliate is only allowed to have 2000 SVP, the rest should be AVP.

4. Once you have your Affiliates, help them to get active in SFI and become EA2 and eventually a Team Leader themselves. With this strategy, you will never have to worry about becoming a PTL. You will even be amazed that you achieved it without difficulty.

5. You should have a heap of PATIENCE, PERSEVERANCE, PERSISTENCE and DISCIPLINE (among others) over your head to become successful in anything you do...SFI is not an exemption. You should never think of becoming rich overnight, because you will be disappointed - SFI is not a "get rich quick scheme" because if it is, it wouldn't have lasted over 15 years. It would have been gone long time ago.

7. Be humane especially to your Team. You will never succeed without them behind you. Never judge anyone, because you'll never know who will come out to become your ACE...

8. And last but not least, NEVER QUIT…because as the saying goes: QUITTERS NEVER WIN and WINNERS NEVER QUIT!!!

Greetings!

When I joined SFI, I have the vaguest idea of what SFI is. I don't even know how an online business works and no one guided me step-by-step because maybe I never asked. I started by reading what's available and learned through it, which made me realize that I am trudging the right path. And so...I decided to go on and never quit. (By the way, I found SFI through an advertisement in Jobstreet.com)

Let me enumerate my reasons to persevere with SFI rather than quit...

1. First, I have seriously set my goals here and intend to refer to it towards my journey to SFI success. That (my goals) alone keeps my perseverance.

2. I intend to prove to myself that I can live without my 8 hours daily job. It is my wish to earn a living from home while enjoying life with family and friends. I wish that sooner, I would be able to "fire myself" out of my regular job and enjoy travelling the world as one of my wishes.

3. I already have my team who is helping me succeed with my SFI business and I never intend to disappoint them as well.

4. I have seen proofs that I can earn unlimited income with SFI. If others can, I can too...

5. My strong belief that SFI is real and not a scam.

Those are some of the reasons why I choose to stay than quit. I happen to be a fighter and always look for proofs before doing things in action. And PATIENCE was born with me, and so, I'd rather find for results before thinking about quitting.
