What's the best way to attract traffic to my Member TConnect page?

There is no one "best approach". In my opinion the best approach should involve a combination of advertising strategies. Like any other business you need to decide on a niche for your T Connect page. Ensure that you
have something to offer that is in demand and of value. If you already have an off site business blog or web page it is easy to attach a link and banner to that site that leads internet traffic to your page.
Additionally, the old fashioned way of creating flyers can be married with producing online adverts with personalized QR codes on business sites and blogs whether free or for a small fee.

What are the best ways by which one can measure his/her success in SFI?

The best way to measure success is by comparing your overall growth each month against the previous month's. How did you do at attracting new enrollments through tripleclicks? Were you able to gain new affiliates? Did you advance in rank? Are you able to motivate a team to duplicate the process successfully? Have you challenged yourself to increase the intensity of your goals each month? How do your team members rate your leadership?
If the answers to these questions are in the affirmative. You are on your way to great success.

How do you ensure that the TCards you send out are used...and what do you do when they are not?

It is easy to track whether your gift card is being used as there is an embed QR code attached to the card if it is an e-card. If it is a hard copy, it is always good to take a written note of the recipients who were given the cards and then submit their information in the tripleclicks log. That way when the person actually logs in you will receive that credit.
Just like any gift card that is awarded, it is a gift. One cannot be forced to utilize the gift, it should be of their free will. A gentle nudge that shares any special promotion on tripleclicks that may be of interest can be a great incentive to encourage the recipient to use the card, but in the final analysis it will be a matter of choice.

The Gateway of choice would very much depend upon your target audience. If you are targeting family and friends then the "Invitation Gateway" is suitable for introducing those clients to the program. Duplicate, duplicate, duplicate. At this point it is all about developing a stellar team for the long haul. Communicate with team members often in a personal way. Be in tune with their aspirations for the business. Work on helping them to tailor their business approach to fit those aspirations and most importantly gain their trust so that you can be one of their "go to" persons. Create incentives that will keep them interested in building the business as a team. Spur them on to develop their leadership skills and then encourage them to advance in rank and acquire affiliates of their own. Support them as they develop relationships with their team and see your benefits incrementally increase.

It depends on the strategy. Using the auto-bidder involves implementing definite plan as to how much you think the winning bid will be and place your bid and the number of hits to suit. The thing is if someone else is more on target you must be prepared to accept the loss. the non bidder to me is more safe in that you bid as you see fit. the process that way can be longer though. Hence depending on your approach both could work for you.
How do I get new, anxious-to-earn-NOW affiliates to understand that it takes time to develop a successful business?

The key is building a relationship through regular contact. Ensure that you send an e-card to encourage or share a valuable tip. Share your personal testimony of how you have grown on SFI. Knowing where you are now and sharing how it was for you when you started can go a long way in helping them to appreciate that it takes time.
Remind them to complete their to do lists including studying the information in the launch pad series. Utilize the leadership page to the max by including helpful blogs on growing your own business. Share other notable success stories that highlight persistence and consistency. Set up contests on the leadership page and most importantly, recognize every effort the affiliate makes.
By communicating often you will build trust and help them to see the long term benefits of being a consistent worker.

I've been in SFI for one year now with no success. What should I do now?

It all depends on how you measure success. The mere fact that you are still here and are willing to learn is a success story in itself! The key is learning how to utilize the tools offered to your greatest advantage.
Set realistic daily goals that are measurable. Taking small steps that ensure that you are further today than you were yesterday is a great way to show advancement.
Be sure to refer to training tools embed in the site. There is quite a lot of useful strategies and stories that will give you great ideas for success.
Participate in the forums, games and auctions. Find ways to make this experience fun so that the stress level of moving on to the next level can be contained.
Next be sure to maintain your EA status. Once this is achieved you can then receive and continue to support any affiliate that may be assigned to you.
Make an investment in acquiring personally sponsored affiliates or PSA's. Once you have at least 5, teach them what you know so that they can duplicate the process. Check in on them regularly as from your personal experience you know that some may feel as though they are off to a slow start with little or no success.
As you build relationships your team and income will grow.
