After a couple of years, this question would answered by you with more excitement when you became successful .But, now you should understand the whole mechanism of SFI in a few months then you make understand your new affiliates and also you would able to give correct answer of every question asked by your new affiliate. And this way, you should also make understand your new affiliates, SFI is a business and you are entrepreneur, as you know entrepreneur should invest time and money or both to start and flourish their business then it give positive result in coming a few couple of years.

I would tell them your own story with SFI and try to get them to connect with some a2a people who've built solid businesses... I'm sure most of them can say that it didn't come overnight!
If you don't know of any specific people yourself why not encourage them to check out the leaders on the different leader boards and try to connect with some of them on a2a!

That is imposible!

When you say anxious that means that you are nervous or ager to do something as fast as you can,in this case or that is mental state when you are not calm.
However i think that 'anxious" is not the right word for the people who i want two have in my team!
That kind of people want to achive success in a small period of time and this job
requires constant work on computer,communication with your own team!

You need to tell them that this job envolves a lot sacrifice.
Especially if someone of them don't have a money to buy a Standing Order so insted they will have to spend a lot of time playing games "T-time and Knockout Trivia" to collect all TCredits so they could achive preffered status!

They need to understand that having an online business takes effort. There is no light switch you can just flick on and have instant success. What I strive on telling my new affiliates is mostly motivational. I constantly tell them to have Energy and the Will To Succeed. Keep in contact with them daily, with motivational words, keep reminding them to login daily to get their VersaPoints, keep telling them to look over all the training, send them links to free advertising sites. Thats the best answer I can come up with.

The eager to earn NOW affiliate comes to SFI sometimes stubbornly blind but with lots of energy. Often his do it my way attitude will be the cause of his failure to succeed in SFI. it is our duty as a sponsor to turn him around.

This type of affiliate often has at the beginning a lot of enthusiasm and energy. We need to quickly harness them to the principle of duplication, his and his team.

We want him to duplicate what we do and teach and we want his team to do what he does and tea succeed, we must follow the system that SFI has developed, and even so, that will take some time.

Each day when I check our growth I freind all Platinum, Gold, Silver, & E365 Winners

and ask how they made it, & what challenges they faced. They all have similar journeys

None did it over night, All had a don't give up attitude &a Daily work ethic. Point them

to the leaders here at SFI. Tell them the best way to get to the Mountain Top is to

listen to the advice of someone who's there.

The most important is the motivation of its members, should persuade them first to read all about SFI, and of course if we are able to help them find their members before they give up.
You need a variety of ways to show the networks that we already earning, and that it really can be.
Motivation must understand the essence of the SFI. They need to understand all the ways of earnings and not based only on one. We must show them the way to become a leader and that it really can with effort.

Everyone wants to see results right away, but we all know this isnt how it works. When i send out my weekly message i just explain to them that it takes a few months to start growing and the best thing to do is invest what you can to grow quick in the first 3 months and that after that they will see the rewards. Tell thme just try it for 3 months, and after that they will be with SFI for life!
