I want to start a newsletter for my team of affiliates. Which topics should I focus on?

The topics I would stay on is the importance of staying dedicated and doing your best to have your time dedicated between both tripleclicks and recruiting new affiliates. They need a morel boost and need to know that SFI does and will pay as long as they stick to it! Mention how happy you are to see dedicated people on your team.
What should an affiliate do if their sponsor is non-responsive?

It suck's if you sponsor, the person that should be helping you on your way doesn’t reply to you. However with SFI you can reach out via the forums and you will receive plenty of help. As per your sponsor, if he/she doesn’t want to help you, just give them a poor review every month and send them a message saying you will be forced to do this if they don’t start helping out. Just remember it was the holiday season for many and they may have just been busy with family, so don’t be to hast.

How can we get across to our affiliates that investing minor (at least) amounts of money into SFI is smart?

Great question. A lot of people who signed up were looking to get rich over night and we all know this wont happen with any online program, those who know this and have been dedicating their time to SFI will start off wondering "is this another scam program". Best thing to do is talk with them, make them feel safe and explain to them this is real. Send them personal messages so they know you are not just a auto e-mailer. Let them know in your e-mail how to buy S co-op's, Tripleclicks hit and inform them how it can benefit them. As the saying says "it takes money to make money"

What are some good incentive offers for prospects to encourage people to join my SFI team?

There is a few good incentives to offer, what i offer is Tcredits and PSA's, this way they grow and can enjoy some Tcredits doing auctions or games. Like any good team you need to show that you are invested in them and will help them along the way. Another good incentive is one not supplied by you, express how gaining a Team Leader position each month benifits them greatly, average CSA's each month per share is $100 and you get this all just for growing your business!
How do I get new, anxious-to-earn-NOW affiliates to understand that it takes time to develop a successful business?

Everyone wants to see results right away, but we all know this isnt how it works. When i send out my weekly message i just explain to them that it takes a few months to start growing and the best thing to do is invest what you can to grow quick in the first 3 months and that after that they will see the rewards. Tell thme just try it for 3 months, and after that they will be with SFI for life!
I've been in SFI for one year now with no success. What should I do now?

Not everyone gets lucky on the first go, there is lots of success stories here in SFI, sadly you may have just got the blunt of non active PSA's. Key is to ensure each affiliate is welcomed and all the help they require is welcome. I send personal messages to each affiliate so they know im focusing on them and there to help. Ask on the fourms for which methods have worked for others, give it a try!
